Nice villa with a wonderful huge garden and everything you could ever need. The villa can only accommodate 2 families with children, but the garden and its facilities is big enough for a hotel. We used the swimming pool and tennis court, but we also wanted to visit Salento and simply didn't have time to enjoy also the small gym, ping-pong table, darts boards, archery set and all the other cool stuff in there. It was too hot to use the barbecue area and the sauna, but we really enjoyed the many relaxing areas around the house.
The location is in a quiet location in the middle of Salento, so you can easily reach all the coasts of the peninsula.
Massimo, the host, was very kind and responsive to all our needs.

Wonderful big garden with a lot of privacy, beautiful swimming pool, great tennis/soccer field with lights for the evening and lots of other facilities in and around the house!

Massimo our host was exceptional helpful and welcoming - he provided fresh pastries for breakfast during the week and dropped them off in the morning, he helped with local advice and restaurant and food delivery recommendations. The villa had wonderful facilities and were exactly as the photos looked. The location of the villa is secluded, in an undeveloped area , but within easy flat and safe cycling distance of the nearest town. Be aware that the location is under the flight path of military aircrafts who seem to do training flights. Not an issue for us, but good to know.
All in all a great villa with fab amenities and a fab host in Massimo too.
