Comodo y familiar

La habitación era cómoda tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estadía

Los precios dentro del hotel son muy excesivos , el personal de limpieza de camas no es muy amable, por el resto del personal tanto en el bar como los camareros del buffet son impecables . La ubicación del hotel no es la mejor si vas sin auto .

Great hotel and value for money !

everything was perfect ! We weren’t expecting such a nice quality of equipment and services for that price ! We have been positively surprised from the start until the end : the room was big and clean, the pool extremely confortable and beautiful, the gardens around the hotel are luxurious and give a beautiful scent to the air. The staff is very attentive to you and what you might need. We loved it and highly recommend to stay there. You will feel relaxed as soon as you step foot at the hotel !

The only downsides that we could find is the air conditioning in the room that is not very efficient and the fact that you have to wear a hair cap in the pool. But except from that everything was perfect !

short overnight in Taranto

Stayed in the junior suite, very good room. welcoming and helpful staff, helped me get to the near by beach. the hotel/complex has a lot of services that we could not explore in the night we stayed

Not a 4 satr hotel !

The breakfast was ok . The parking was ok also but it was far from the entrance of the hotel. Near the hotel there are a lot of restaurants .

We stayed there for 5 nights. The problems appeared when we got in our room. The toilet had a system where the water was up and you could easily get an infection . We set the problem and took a few days to tell us to change the room but then it was too late as we were leaving the next day and it was a lot of fuss to do so for a night. Also we were a couple and they had only soap and shompoo for one person only for the first day we arrived and they didn't replace them as they should. Only when we complained about it they gave as additional products . They were also ants in our room!

Nice days at the poolside and great service

Friendly, polite, available and professional staff. Good breakfast and amazing swimming pool (Aqua gym by Andrea very entertaining and super well done). The pool restaurant and pizzeria serve savoury local cuisine at good prices.

It's a pity that the pine forest is not as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. That would be an incredible added value. Daily room clean-up could be a bit more thorough.

Nice stay by the pool

The swimming pool is the best part of the hotel. Big, clean, with children pool and a lot of space around with umbrellas and sun beds. The staff was all incredibly nice and friendly.

Restaurant service was not open all day. Interior design is old and the room did not smell good when we arrived (probably pipes system). The elevator is too small so we couldn’t fit our baby stroller.

Excellent stay

Really enjoyed the private setting of the residence. It is located away from the center city of Taranto but not too far away from the beaches nearby as well. The residence itself is very clean well maintained and peaceful most of all. Parking is a plus since other facilities nearby are either paid parking or not secured. It’s great for pets too. They charge additional cleaning fees but it is convenient for pets. Breakfast selection is very good and plenty.

Maybe the price can be brought lower but nothing stands out as a negative. Also every time you had to enter the back gate you had to call the front desk to exit and enter the facility. Perhaps a code would make it less annoying for residents and staff to enter and exit facility ?

Very good

Nice pool but it closes early at 19.15. The beach is close and nice.

We could not have our dinner in the room. The hotel is quite far from the centre of town. There are busses .

This was a wonderful place to stay. We felt pampered. The room was spacious and the ac was cold. We were supplied with slippers and robes. The pool was nice. We ate onsite and the food was delicious. The breakfast was also filling.
