We would stay again, property was really good and both Denis and Santa really responsive to messsges and always on hand

Property was very clean, great setup for a family. We travelled as a family of 4, including a 7 year old and an 1.5 year old. Close to the pool which is absolutely amazing, well looked after and clean. Always sun beds available and feels very private, never overcrowded.

Lovely apartment with everything you need for a home away from home. Within walking distance to everything and a supermarket at the end of the street. Quiet apartment and access to a pool. Access to a wee upstairs balcony and an outside terrace. Santa, who met us at the property was great and her communication was brilliant. We loved the welcome gift of wine and chocolate! We would definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Great accomadation

Stayed with my partner, baby, and two teenagers for just under 2 weeks. It exceeded our expectations and accommodated us all well! The location is great, 2 min walk to shops, pool on site, 5 min walk to beach/town. There is plenty of secure parking that's free to use. There is a water machine on site for 60 cents for 5 litres. This came in handy! The accommodation itself was super clean! We asked for extra bedding and towels, and this was provided. Comfy bed and sofa bed, a travel cot as well. The bathroom was spotless and had a lovely hot shower. Kitchen kitted out with everything you need to cook a lovely meal (however plenty of places to eat locally too!). Tv has netflix, etc, on there as well as a few English channels. Air conditioning kept my little one cool through the night. Great value for money, would recommend!

Lovely welcoming host. Showed us everything we needed in the apartment. It was clean, well equipped and specious. Perfect location for Las Americas, close to everything ( beach, bars, shops) yet quiet. Pool area great too. Will definitely like to stay there again in the future.

Little misunderstanding about the cash deposit. We were not expecting to pay one that is booked via booking.com since the card details should act as a guarantee, but it is highlighted in terms ( we just missed to notice). Otherwise , everything else was perfect.

Comfortable apartment in great location for Siam Park

Very comfortable apartment in a good location - we wanted to be able to walk to Siam Park & also the beach, so this apartment suited us perfectly.

The apartment was absolutely fine, very comfortable.

Exceptional

The apartment was very clean, fully equipped kitchen, even the small things like oil for cooking, salt, pepper etc., which I think was really nice. We had our privacy and we felt safe. The location is really good, few min walking to Las Americas and from there we walked on both sides to explore other places too. I would recommend this place for friends and family. We loved it!

Excellent welcome but flat really noisy

Santa, who welcomed us, was really nice and really available. Denis, the owner, offered us a bottle of wine ! Thanks for that. The flat is well furnished and extremely well located, 10 min walking from the beach. Swimming pool is nice too

Good to know, the terrasse is just in front of the parking car and big walls to hide the road behind. The flat is noisy (not well isolated), you can hear the road, discussion and other noise from neighbors. No issue during the day but In our case, we had no chance to get young guys who did fiesta every day, coming back at 3am without being really discrete ! The opposite neighbors woke up every morning at 7am. Then, nights were short and not as quiet as expected. If you have respectable neighbors, flat would probably be perfect !

Just what we wanted, comfortable stay, private apartment with great access to beach and shops.

Comfortable and clean, large bed very comfy. English TV to watch, nicely laid out. Very much enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect, 4 minute walk to Siam Park, 4 minute walk to the beach. perfect.

Cannot fault the property.

great close to main shopping area next to main bus staion 5 min walk from water park

the owner's father meet us at the apartment and could not be more helpfully very nice gentleman and has a great knowledge of the area very impressed with the information given regarding how to use everything

very small complaint but the showerhead req replaced and UK channels were hard to get but did not go on holiday to watch tv outside complex was a little scruffy but was getting paths replaced and painted during our stay so look forward to seeing it done

The location is very good and secure parking was priceless for us.

Chitchen and bathroom need some renewal. It is difficult to clean and some equipment is damaged and need maintenance. The whole complex need painting and some maintenance.

Exceptional

Absolutely everything was perfect: location (close to the beaches, fruteria and Siam mall), good internet, very nice and fresh apartment, good swimming pool, lack of any uncomfortable noises (only birds😁).
