Muy buen hotel en una ubicación no tan buena.

El personal del hotel fue muy amable, nos dieron muchas indicaciones y nos ayudaron cunado llegamos a pesar de que eran las 23.00. El desayuno estaba bien, completo, aunque sin tanta variedad. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas como para una estancia breve. La presión del agua es muy buena y el colchón es cómodo.

La zona no es muy buena, hay mucha gente durmiendo en la calle en los alrededores y eso da inseguridad, se ve prostitución en la zona y la gente del hotel nos recomendó no salir a caminar de noche por el barrio. La próxima vez iría a hospedarme a otra zona de San Pablo.

Gratidão por tudo e por todos

Gostei muito dos funcionários da recepção, sem exceção todos tem um atendimento de uma educação fora do normal, café da manhã perfeito, o Sr que nós recebe no café da manhã gente fina,muito educado e gentil, no quesito limpeza, como já respondi,anterior impecável, aconselho vcs fazerem uma visita nas suas próximas viajem

Não tenho nenhum ponto negativo,minha opinião

Passable, but I would not rate this a 4 star

The location is really the best and only selling point for this hotel.

The room was too small, the bed and linen were barely ok. Bathroom was barely OK, and the breakfast was mostly sugary items.

Quarto espaçoso, limpo, funcionário excepcional

O hotel fica pertinho do metrô, isso facilitou muito para nós. O tamanho do quarto me impressionou positivamente, tudo estava limpo e em ordem. Funcionários receptivos e educados, quero deixar meu agradecimento especial ao funcionário Marcos que me ajudou, de forma muito educada, solicita e paciente com alguns problemas que eu tive não relacionados ao hotel, sem a colaboração e o modo cortês com a qual ele me ajudou minha experiência teria sido totalmente diferente, de fato ele é uma pessoa que se destaca no ramo da hotelaria.

Estadia agradável em função do esforço dos funcionários em prestar bons serviços ao hóspede.

Quarto e banheiro amplos.

Precisar estar recomendando aos funcionários a necessidade da realização de limpeza diária do quarto/banheiro, assim como da ausência de fornecimento de shampoo e condicionador., e fornecimento de apenas uma toalha de rosto para três ocupantes do quarto.

Boa hospedagem no centro de São Paulo.

Boa localização, conforto compatível com o valor pago e café da manhã também bom.

O hotel não consegue manter uma equipe de funcionários. Todas as vezes que me hospedo, todos os funcionários são novos. Isso não permite manter um bom padrão de atendimento.

Excelent hotel to stay in Sao Paulo Centre

Excelent place to stay. Good hotel located in a centre good zone. I only spent 1 day because I needed to do some paper work close to the hotel.

The neighbour is not so nice. Please take into consideration that this property is located the old centre part of SP. If you are a tourist, I will recomend other zones more nice and safe.

Como sempre a internet instável e de baixa velocidade. Não permite trabalhar no ambiente do hotel. Não entendi como nunca conseguem resolver este problema meio de crítica quase todos os hóspedes.

Good for an overnight stay in Sao Paulo City Centre

Good value for money. Overall good clean facilities. Nice, friendly and helpful staff despite the language barrier. Good breakfast.

Location is difficult, rather central but also dodgy. Poor noise-insulation on a very noisy street. Staff really didn't speak English, even if that was supposed to be the case.

New fave in Sao Paulo

This is my new favorite place to stay in SP. The hotel looks recently renovated; the rooms are spotless, gleaming, and have all the required modern touches, including night lights, a safe, and a good desk with convenient power plugs. The breakfast spread is the best I've had in this range of hotel. The price is excellent (but I might have lucked onto a last-minute deal). Downtown Sao Paulo is gritty and bustling and also mighty and impressive. You really feel like you're in the biggest city in S. America. This part of the Centro doesn't seem terribly threatening to me. It's better than north of Pr. Republica. There's an ornate, upscale shopping mall a couple blocks away with a great food court and lots of everyday restaurants and snack bars around. The subway station is across the street from the hotel and two other stations on different lines are 5-10 minutes walk away. But you can even walk to interesting neighborhoods like Liberdade, Bixiga, and the R. Augusta party zone.

The worst experience I've had in a hotel in 45 years of traveling.

It's the worst experience I've had in 45 years of traveling the world. I stayed at this "hotel" one night to catch a flight back to Europe, and a friend, an honored Buddhist monk, came to bring me my winter clothes that he had kindly saved for me, and to take me to the airport. My friend came to the room to bring the clothes and was helping with the packing. When we went down to leave for the airport, the reception staff asked me to pay another 150 Reais (about US$30) because my friend stayed more than 15 minutes in the room. It is worth noting that the daily cost was 250 Reais. I pointed to the fact that this was not in the booking conditions listed on booking.com nor in the contract I signed at check-in. As I asked the hotel manager to come and talk to me, she called the POLICE!!! They are people of the lowest human quality, without the slightest respect for civilized dialogues. In order for me not to miss my flight, I was compelled to pay an extortionate fee that was not provided for in the accommodation contract. This is the worst kind of service I have ever experienced in my life. The police officer apologized for what had happened, having acknowledged the absurd way of treating a customer.

Sleep and run.

Lousy service, especially at the front desk. I reported 3 times that the wifi was not working in the room and no one came to fix it. They charge unreasonable visitor fees even though they do not stay or eat at this hotel. Apart from one malicious woman at the reception, no one speaks English. Gym hedgehog embarrassing - only 2 old treadmills. No kettle or tea/coffee set in the room. The toiletries in the bathroom are 2 tiny soaps, no shampoo or body lotion. The room is not cozy and there is noise from the corridor. The view from the window can be depressing - the courtyard is a well.

Nobody speaks English, and there are a lot of employees. We booked a room with three beds, at check in (2pm) just the doublebed was ready. Took them 3 hours to bring the other bed and additional towels.
