Great value B&B

Lovely relaxing 2 night stay at this B&B .The double room we had was a good size with plenty of storage and a spacious bathroom compared to many other Llandudno B&Bs . You can see the friendly owners have a passion to make sure you have a great stay so you will wish to return ( which I definitely would).Great breakfast .

Exceptional stay

We liked the very clean and quiet room and the bathroom was sparkling, with toiletries and soft towels. The beds were comfortable and we both slept well. We were able to park the car at the front of the house. Breakfast was very good, freshly cooked food, juice, cereal, yoghurts and fresh fruit. Adcote House is a beautiful property, less than 10 minutes walk from the front. Chris and Georgie are very kind and friendly hosts.

We loved it all!

We had a much needed break and had a relaxing time.

Breakfast was good and cooked as requested. Liked the system of a staggered dining. Location was excellent for what we required.

We had no complaints about the set up.

Llandudno break

We liked the hosts, Chris and Georgie, very friendly and approachable and they told us everything we needed to know about the area. We liked the relaxing room and facilities -good quality furniture and comfortable bed, roomy bathroom. Fridge was a bonus. We liked the breakfast, good choice of fresh fruit, yoghurts , cereals, cold drinks and then the cooked breakfast was excellent.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

Place is lovely,but got there to be told we were at top of the house,which wasnt good cause hubby is bad on legs,when booking it it said room was at back with a mountain view,and on 1st floor so wasn't happy about walking up 6 flights of stairs

Owners didnt introduce themselves to us on arrival,which is unusual as wherever we stay they always tell us their names,the only real time we got to see both of them was when we were leaving and they said bye

Another excellent stay at Adcote house our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was as always excellent well presented and plenty to eat and enjoy. Owners both always go out of there way to make trip as good as possible helpful and friendly Great location for aceess to town and sea front this trip watching cambrian rally cars

Lovely quiet location but still completely within easy access to all Llandudno has to offer. We chose a small room but it still had comfortable seating so you didn't have to sit on the bed. Tea coffee chocolate and toiletries were all good quality. A smart TV which was a welcome surprise. Lovely breakfast. Free parking. Well stocked tourist info leaflets. Adcote house has everything we needed and we had a lovely stay.

This is a very minor negative and it was only because of the people staying below us (If they could hear it). The floorboards had a creak in the bathroom that I tried to avoid but failed and I'm of the age where I need the bathroom in the early hours. Sorry to the people below 😉. But we had a great stay here. I'm only sorry now that I didn't mention this at the time because I'm sure this would have been sorted. If nobody informs you how would you know?

Would return, really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, nice n quiet.

Loved it! Clean and quiet and very close to town Ctr. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Owners helped us with parking, so no issues there. All went well and would stay again.
