awesome holiday still. improve your communication skills and will be awesome

location was good. apartment was ok. food stores are close

communication with staff. if they would improve their communication with customers this would be awesome. i called 14 times when i tried to check in but no answer. when finally got answer how to check in rhat was the last time they answer. never got answer about the wifi......never got info how to check out also so i left the keys to the mailbox..

Good location- attention to detail for a rental needs to be improved but overall an ok experience

The location of the property was very good a short walk from the centre of Gdańsk and the canal. The property is spacious and good for 2 people. The decor is bright and modern.

On arrival check in instructions were not very clear. We were left without details prior to the arrival, it took us several attempts to make contact with the host. Once details were received and we got into the apartment some of the apartment lacked small things, pillows on bed, no cases and cleaning products. These were sorted by the host the following day when we completed check in and payment). Overall and okay experience, the check in process and payment for the apartment needed to be clearer.

Walking dostanie 10 min from the main square in Gdańsk

Towels with holes , No toilet paper, instead of soap water liquid, dishwasher wasn’t cleaning properly( no hot water),no dishwasher tablets, no coffee filters! Last night of our stay loud noise all the time from the radiator in living room during night!

Ruined vacation and birthday

Terrible attitude towards guests. We arrived at 18 hours and we were given an apartment in which the sewer did not work (did not go water), that the administrator said we had to wait until 9 am the next day (although we called him 3 times and asked to fix it faster and said that we have a child), that is, one day we paid for an apartment in which the sewer did not work. Although the administrator found time to send the details to pay for parking. If we had come a little earlier and were without a child, we would have definitely looked for another place and demanded a refund for the reservation. Also torn towels, a leaky sink, a very dirty couch (it's been written about in other reviews for months now) and even less significant problems. Very do not recommend, the owners just rip off money from tourists not giving good service in return.

Great apartment not far from town centre.

Apartment is almost new and in a quiet location

The access to the apartment was somewhat complicated and done via telephone. Would have preferred someone to meet us face to face.

Great Place.

Very good location , easy access to surrounding facilities , meaning shops , restaurants free and always easy to find car parking. Property was very clean. Communication with property Managment clear and absolutely effortless. Highly Recommended.

Some features did not work , mostly the lights near the kitchen worktop , also toilet lights flickers from time to time.

Apartment itself - beautiful and spacious. Comfy beds, fantastic location. Kitchen well equipped. Bonus points for 2 bathrooms, each with shower. Overall, very good value for money.

Shower in the main bathroom needs a good scrub (mould in the corners!). Tap in the kitchen not working properly - pain if you just want to fill up the kettle or rinse the dishes before loading the dishwasher.

Superb location. Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Comfortable beds. Nice big refrigerator. A grocery store a few seconds walk from the apartment, open late. Several restaurants yards/meters away. Old town 5 min walk away, with many more restaurants and activities.

Location

Price is not adequate to the level of the apartment. I didn't like the hole in the bed clothes, only one roll of the toilet paper, no towel to step out from the shower, broken flap from the toilet. No small shampoo or any other gel to make your stay pleasant

Very good apartment

10 minutes walk to the city centre, new modern apartment, perfect for couples.

A/C should be very helpful during hot summer days. I also missed mosquito nets and a normal pan for cooking. We found there only one pan, which was totally damaged.

A lovely apartment in a stunning city.

This apartment is in an area with a number of new buildings and it was simply stunning. The apartment was very clean and we couldn't fault anything with it. Would highly recommend this to anyone. Was only a short walk to the main area of Gdansk.

The only downside was getting into our apartment. There were a number of buildings so it wasn't totally clear where to go. We were eventually met by someone who let us in. Apart from this absolutely no complaints.

Great location, good service but I was abit unlucky with apartment.

Great location, clean and tidy proberty and surroundings, easy access by car (able to avoid town center traffic), easy access to proberty and resturants and small supermarket very close by.

There must have been some waterproblems undir the sink or with the dishwasher. Very moldy smell and the apartments was really smelly. But there were no other apartment available so I couldn´t change.
