Excellent comfy stay

Good staffs, great location in the city centre, soft bed, spacious room, professional and helpful staffs.

Provision of toiletries could be improved. Good shampoo and body lotion but not a big fan of soap and a basic toothbrush and paste could be provided.

The behaviour of the staff is good. The food is good Hospitality of the staff is appreciable

The allocation of water in the room. Half a litre for a person. This needs to be changed. Half a ltr for one person for 24hrs is not at all recommend. The location is also not good

Pricing & location

Parking is not proper for people travelling with personal vehicles. Not wheel chair friendly. Stayed in damp rooms with no windows & minimal lighting. Rooms did not have proper furniture to put luggage & have food. Linen was not fresh. A very high wash room step not comfortable for elderly Breakfast options provided are very basic

Bed bugs, one liter water for 4 person in suit room

Location

Room, Facility We had two rooms booked one was suite with 2 double beds and one other room. There was only one towl in each room , only one water bottle provided after that 50 rs per liter charges.Room were not good smell all around. There were bed bugs that I experienced first time in hotel which didn't let me sleep. It was worst hotel I ever booked. In photos you could see bed bugs and some areas where they bite me. They had pool table in hotel images but it is chargeable. They said dental kit is also chargeable. You can't bring food and drinks from outside, you have to buy from them or go out. Parking is also for 6-7 cars.

Restaurant staff is very unprofessional. Electric kettle in the room was broken and still was placed in the room. Mug in the washroom was broken. We booked the room for double occupancy but only 1 towel was provided.
