The staff were so kind and helpful. nothing was too much trouble
The room l had booked was a deluxe double and was very claustrophobic as it only had a tiny widow with bars on it and looked out over a bus parking lot. However thanks to the staff , they very kindly shifted us into another magnificent room and our stay was divine

The interior design and accommodations of the hotel staff were amazing. We told the hotel that we were doing a guided tour and they provided documentation for us to enter the city palace via a VIP entrance gate, and we got to see a special part of the palace because the property is owned by the royal family.
I wish we had more time there, but we only had one evening. Was hoping to see the spa, but wasn’t able to because there were sessions in place.

Beautiful palace, although they were renovating gardens (bad timing). Very attentive staff.
Our room was basically on the road- noise was so loud you couldn’t sleep. The spa was tiny, certainly not the expectation of a palace. The food was very disappointing.

Amazing staff service
Front desk - Kabir did everything to help you on a very subtle way
Great restaurant - breakfast and dinner
Chic design with a mix of traditional local & modern revisited style
No AC in some common areas and room with no view or window

Exclusive access to Jaipur City Palace was a huge perk - felt like a VIP
- Good central location with ample security
- You'll either love or hate the wallpaper - we fell into the first camp
- Palace room was large with nice furnishings and chandeliers / lighting
- Food and drink for the most part was good
- Restaurant service was fair
Pictures were much nicer than reality
- The property is "faded" - room and grounds were not immaculate and felt run down
- Concierge was good, but nothing stellar. No memorable moments or little touches
- WiFi was awful - it didn't work in the room
- Bathroom was plain, dated and didn't feel that clean
- Car hire prices were high relative to what we'd seen at other 5 star hotels
- Room rate was the same as Rambagh Palace but not at the same level

Never going to stay or recommend this property to anyone.
The room was smelly. 1st day we complaint and they put aroma smell. Again the room started smelling. They did not change the room as was sold out.
On final day called for bath towels at 7am and till 8am no one turned up.
Very very poor service and its just the attitude thats it is a kings property.

RAAS Hotels are always among the most beautiful, most individual and highly iconic places in the world. Their recent acquisition in Jaipur is full of royal history. We had the chance to stay in more secular but not less presidential suite, in which Jacqueline Kennedy had stayed long time ago. Breakfast and dinner were exquisite. The love for details is impressive. And from what we heard they are planning to develop it even further in excellence. Although the RAAS Devigarh in Udaipur will be our most favourite hotel in India, this RAAS RajMahal is a perfect choice in Jaipur.
… not having stayed longer.

Luxurious, actually royal suite. The staff were excellent.
Amenities and extra were meager for such a hotel. There was water heater and tea but no coffee in the room. For such a hotel, I had expected a Nespresso machine.
Wifi didn't work. We complained; they gave us a wireless router, which was very slow. We ended up using up our mobile data!
The landscaping was not ip to the standard of such a monument. There were no flower beds; only grass!
