Resort was very nice, especially the salt water pool. Bike trip to peninsula park was a highlight too. The condo is small, I can’t imagine more than 2 people staying there.

My family loved our stay here! The condo was well-kept, up to date and very clean. We appreciated having a kitchen stocked with the various things we needed to cook for four. The resort is beautiful and has some amazing amenities. Very short drive to the beach and Egg Harbor. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the on-site pools and hot tubs, not to mention the view. The condo was a little tight, but very functional for the space. Loved everything about it!

Very cozy and clean. Resort had plenty of things to do. Enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Lacked enough space for clothes but we made do.

Good experience overall- especially love the amenities of the Landmark. The only problem we had was the lack of TV service. Host took care of contacting maintenance but the first technician couldn’t solve the problem and was going to bring in a second technician. I then asked them to come back after we checked out the next morning since I didn’t want to take any more of our time waiting for them. Not sure if it got resolved before the next group checked in.

This rental is in a great location. The unit was very comfortable and nicely updated. Communication with Monika was pleasant and quick. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Door County!

We went up to Door County from Chicago for a long weekend getaway. The weather was freezing (-10) for most of the weekend but Monika's listing made for a perfect cozy trip! The place was so clean when we got in, easy to get to, and the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Egg Harbor was the perfect location for exploring both Sister Bay and Sturgeon Bay. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our time. The property is accurately described. Very clean and comfortable furnishings. Resort was nice too. The winter storm knocked out power and water to our room/resort for most of Saturday- but we still had a great time in Door County and will definitely be back! 😀

We were very happy with the Landmark Resort. Great property with lake views, grounds, walking trail, amenities and close proximity to the other small towns to visit in Door County. The "happy place" is a very nicely decorated condo and equipped with everything you would need!

This is our third stay at Door Co Happy Place! It's the perfect location for our fall getaway and we are looking forward to our next visit already. The property is always very clean and cozy and Monika quickly responds to any messages or questions. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Door County!

The location of this property was close to most everything we wanted to see and do. The Egg Harbor beach is close by along with fantastic restaurants, bike trails, and shopping!

The place was perfect for our 2-week adventure touring Door County— the place was very clean, with bathroom and kitchen amenities, comfortable bed, and ample space in the dining and living areas, and privacy from the next door condos. Very nice family oriented resort in Egg Harbor. Our unit was perfect for 2 adults and two children. The unit was stocked with everything you’d need to cook and eat. Very responsive owner I’d highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Perfect for a winter getaway. The pool was lovely and we had it to ourselves most mornings. Hiked around ridges sanctuary and then beers at door county brewery.

This is a great lil apartment; in a beautiful location just outside of town. They provided all the amenities we needed and then some. We definitely would recommend and would stay again.

This was our first time at the Landmark where the condo is located. We were impressed with the beauty of the property and views. We were happily surprised with the hot tub and steam room in the lower level of the building we stayed in. The condo was very clean well kept. Loved the little touches like the selection of tea offered.

Monika was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to make sure my husbands and my stay here at the Happy Place was one we would not forgot. One we would want to come back to again and again. We came to Door cty as we always do for our anniversary in January. We normally stay in a B & B and normally only stay for 2 nights. This year due to buying an old run down 1930’s farm to fix up, we could not do what we normally do. When we came across Monikas Happy Place we were a bit skeptical at first being photos looked amazing and the price was too. So we decided to try it after reading the reviews. Monika even contacted me to help soothe my concern and stayed in contact with me throughout! She was amazing! The Condo: Cleanliness - I am a neat freak. My 2 adult daughters call me OCD with this. I inspect when arriving at any hotel place (even pulling apart bedding to look) I wont even use dishwashers as I wash by hand to make sure. This place was clean. I tbh was shocked! Very impressed. Comfort - The bed was to my surprise very comfortable. I sleep like crap when not home but slept good here. However the couch area was a little hit and miss. Comfy if you wanted to lay down or just sit, but it missed the kick back and relax feel. (Put your feet up) Dinning area was lovely in comfort for us 2. Price - Amazing price for value!!! You will not find better in my opinion. Style - Happy Place is decorated and maintained very well. We were shocked at the decor and updates. Every room was tastefully decorated. Photos are exactly what you get! We will be coming back again. Very relaxing, close to everything, (including the grocery store), hot tub and sauna in building, indoor pool on site, restaurant on site. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you Monika!!
