Hotel moderno, limpio y muy bien ubicado

Las instalaciones en general del Hotel son modernas y con un estilo muy definido. El personal es muy atento y siempre dispuesto a prestar apoyo en cualquier circunstancia. Punto muy a favor es la cercanía con el metro,

En las noches se escuchaba un poco de ruido, provenientes de los pasillos y del exterior del edificio.

Rooms were nice and clean, location was not too far from Amsterdam Central, 1 train stop away, and hotel is close to train station

The bed mattress was uncomfortable surprisingly, we didn't flag it to the team as we were too tired honestly. You can't really walk to the center, although that is not a negative, we knew this already.

Mostly excellent

Comfortable beds and nice shower. Easy for transport into Amsterdam.

Temperature control a little tricky and a bit noisy with fan on.

La gentilezza del personale , la vista della camera , la colazione abbondante . Struttura ben tenuta , molto bella. Siamo la Camera 101 dal 24/28 novembre , vi volevamo dire grazie perché ci siamo sentiti a casa . Bravi e complimenti alla prossima

Tout simplement génial

La décoration, l’accueil, une déjeuné exceptionnel avec beaucoup de choix. Proche de la gare, ce qui permet d’accéder au centre rapidement et facilement . Je recommande ! :)

Good place

The staff was lovely. The room was very clean. The breakfast was great!

The air conditioner was a bit weird. I would make the room really cold or really hot no matter what temperature or fan speed we would select.

Shan't be coming back

The shower and the location and ease of getting into Amsterdam centre.

Our 6th time staying and the worst experience. Booked the same room as last time but got a broom cupboard, and the room was very dusty. Our room hadn't been cleaned at 5 pm, so we wrang down to get more coffee sachets and was told come down yourself as we are too busy. Had a query with the bill and was told go back to Booking.com. Sums it up really as it felt like an inconvenience to be staying there. And this is a 4 star hotel.

Schöner Kurztripp. Gute Anbindung an die City!

Sehr gutes Frühstück, alles sehr sauber, schöne Einrichtung

Die Preise in der Bar sind sehr hoch. Man kann die Fenster im Zimmer nicht öffnen. Sehr schlechte Luft dadurch.

Good location, amazing service

Dayenne in the front desk was so lovely during our check in. She was chatty and interested without sounding that she was just doing a checking box exercise. She made our stay absolutely fantastic so a 5 star is due and I hope the mgt extends to her the due recognition!

It would be much better if the bathroom door could be locked and the if there was a glass door in the shower too.

A breakfast option worth taking!

The size of the room, especially the bathroom, exceeded our expectations! We had more than enough space for our bags. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and the rooms were soundproof. Yet, it was the breakfast and the friendly staff on the 8th floor that made our stay truly memorable!

The hotel's location was a little far from the city centre (20 mins by bus or 10 by train) but, in hindsight , it made little difference

The restaurant wasn’t serving food when we stayed. I would have welcomed a light above the mirror in the bedroom.

Enjoyed our stay but would stay close to Amsterdam central next visit.

Modern and clean hotel. Friendly staff. Trains beside hotel so into Amsterdam central in approx ten minutes. Grocery store at train station with good selection of food items.

Suburb previously industrial. Limited restaurant service. We enjoy walking in the evening but didn’t find the surroundings conducive to walking.

The location was amazing, the train station was right next to the hotel and it only took 6 minutes to get into Central station. The rooms were really pretty and it was beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend this place.

The lighting of the place was a bit off in the hallways and in the room.

Nice hotel on the whole, but would certainly be improved by the addition of a good restaurant and better room service.

Location near the station was very good. Room was clean and bright, comfortable bed with quality bedding and excellent modern shower. Reception staff very friendly. The breakfast buffet on the 8th floor was very nice with everything you’d expect from a quality hotel.

There was no proper restaurant, just a tapas and pizza bar which only had pizza when we were there. Having said that, the view from the 8th floor bar was pretty good. Room service left a bit to be desired, as our tea/coffee supplies were not topped up daily and we nearly ran out of toilet paper! The toiletries provided are of a high standard though.

Hospitality needs to be improved

Location is close to Train & Bus Station, good for those who needs to go with Flix Bus the next day in the morning.

for the first time when I arrived at my room, soap & shampoo Bottles are empty. the staff also didnt clean my room although have been asked to. House keeping came so late in the next day which I’ve already came back to rest. i expect the room to be cleaned in the morning when we are away.

The room was spacious, clean, with good amenities. However the hotel is away from center, but it's only 3 minutes walk to Sloterdijk station which from there you can take the train to reach Center Amsterdam in 5 minutes.
