Pasable pero no volvería

Cómoda la habitación

Para estar tan alejado de todo, la cafetería cerrada sin ningún tipo de comida y nada cercano al hotel para poder comer.

Edullinen, syrjäinen hotelli

Sijainti melko hyvä, 500m päästä metroasemaa.

Joka aamiaisella samat ruuat. Hotellin ravintola oli kiinni matkan ajan. Bidee puuttui hotellihuoneesta.

Prima verblijf als je naar de Ziggodome gaat voor een concert!

Ontbijt was super geregeld, diner overgeslagen de helft was niet op voorraad en vond de burgers te duur! Parkeren super geregeld. Bedden waren goed en strak opgemaakt! Badkamer zou eens goed gepoetst en ontkalkt mogen worden!! Jammer dat de koelkast niet gevuld was,we hadden graag iets gekocht. Oploskoffie,zet dan een fatsoenlijk koffie apparaat neer.. Personeel was echt super vriendelijk,we voelden ons erg welkom!

Hygiëne badkamer, hele nacht wakker gelegen van een lekkende douchekop. Alles ontkalken en de hoeken van de vloer eens schoonmaken kan geen kwaad,maar ik snap dit als je maar een kwartier de tijd krijgt per kamer als housekeeping!

Zeer goede hotel ervaring.

De kamers, het zag er mooi uit. Ik was vooral blij met de look. Het zag er goed uit. Ik was ook blij met de koelkast in de kamer. 10/10 aan de Receptioniste.

The tv had geen netflix, ik wist ook niet of ik Bluetooth kon gebruiken toch geprobeerd maar niet gelukt. In de douche was er een ventiel met een groot stof bal in. Was niet mooi om erin te kijken.

Misleidend

Goeie ligging en makkelijk te bereiken met het ov, 2 haltes met de bus vanaf Bijlmer Arena

Het feit dat ik veel te veel heb betaald voor wat ik kreeg, had een kamer geboekt met 2 aparte bedden die op de foto los van elkaar en met ruim afstand werden afgebeeld. Na het inchecken kom ik in de kamer en zie ik dat dit niet het geval is, hierdoor ben ik terug gegaan naar de balie en zei ze dat de bedden uit elkaar geschoven konden worden. Ik vervolgens weer naar de kamer, blijkt het dat je ze uit elkaar kan schuiven maar dat je met je hoofd tegen een lamp aan komt als je dat doet en dat je met 1 bed tegen de badkamer wand aan gaat liggen. Het ontbijt was ook echt schaars, had wel wat meer verwacht voor dat bedrag.

The price should be revised.

Spacious and clean room. Professional staff. Room cleaning everyday. Metro station near the hotel (7 min walk)

Over priced for what it is: Hotel located in an empty area, where there is no one walking at night which make things a bit scary. Constructions near by and the building is not sound proof. Room cleaning starts so early and noisy which disturbs. Hotel far from city center (25 min with multiple stops)

My granddaughter loved this hotel! It was close to Amsterdam centre but far enough away to be peaceful. Excellent metro

Alles, vor allem der Wasserdruck und die Wärme des Wassers

Ein paar Dinge hätten sauberer sein können (Vorhänge, Wände, Infomaterial auf dem Zimmer)

Gute Anbindung an die Metro, etwa 20 Minuten ins Zentrum. Gute Parkmöglichkeit.

Good value of money, safe and clean with a great staff

The location was amazing which is 10 minutes walk to the arena and 5 minutes to the nearest Metro which is important for anyone traveling for any reason. The arena business area is a great place to start your day with coffee and maybe a snack with a nice theater.

There is nothing that I didn’t like about the hotel as I was all day out for work.

Temizliği ve personelin ilgisi iyiydi.

Yataklar çok konforsuz ve ince, 3 gün kaldık bel ve sırt ağrılarıyla geçirdik tüm zamanımızı. Ayrıca çift kişilik yatakta iki tane tekli döşeğin sürekli arası açıldığı için uyunmuyor. Ayrıca banyo kısmında da kapıdan içeri girerken duş alanına girmeden banyoya giremiyorsunuz.

It was confortable for the short time we were there and had what we needed.

It was convenient for the concert we were going to attend and easy to get to town with the public transport being close. It was clean and perfect for our short stay.

As i was with a friend the bathroom situation was slightly not to our liking as it had no lock. Although we are friends I feel it was just that sense of security that we would have preferred.

Never never book a room

250 ml water was 2.5 euro, you should use the automat since hotel does not have room service and no shopping around the hotel,

Reseption personnels were very rude Especially there was a little girl slim and short No internet connection in the rooms No sleepers Badsheets were dirty( picture attached) They were painting the hotel at night

We stayed from 8th June to 11th , and the room is 201. When we came back to room at June 9th, we already noticed that the there is the trash on floor that we threw in the bin. And today when we came back to the room 201 around 8pm, it was still dirty as when we left, only the linen is changed. My wife called the reception, a man told us maybe we press a button don't disturb. But we didn't. And another lady told me, if you dont like the table is stained, just don't make it dirty. As a 4 star hotel, on the web site it shows that OZO hotel offer a warm and charming space. I am now doubting this statement. Also this lady told me we have to request extra if the room needs to be cleaned. I was shocked and sad to hear that. Is that true that we really have to request extra？ This worker said it's a rule which we were not taught. We traveled many countries, this is really something new for me.

Very good

Quiet hotel with good value for money. The room was comfortable, only downside was that the shower overflowed into the rest of the bathroom. Great breakfast and ideal and safe parking spots in front of the hotel.

only cushions not proper pillows you sleep on.. also there was hairs in our bed which made us think it wasn't cleaned properly. also the door ledge into the toilet cut my toe which was unsafe.
