Water's Edge was a beautiful house just perfect for our family! It was comfortable and spacious and met the needs of all of our family, ages 2-68! We enjoyed making smores by the fire pit and even spent some time in the hot tub. The location is so convenient to town and the creek makes the view incredible especially at night with the moon glistening off of it! We loved our time there and certainly hope to visit again!

We met up with another family and had a wonderful stay. The house worked well for our group and was comfortable. We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and with the river view, fire pit area, and large porch, it was probably the best outdoor space of any house. The location is also very convenient to Bryson City. We had one minor issue at the beginning of our stay and the owners were extremely responsive and took care of it right away. They also provided all of the info we needed before and during our stay. The property and its owners made this an amazing trip!

This property has the best location. ! The house is perfect to unwind n relax the stream is REALLY in ur backyard ! And just 5 mins away from Smokey Mountain Railroad !!!

We really enjoyed the home. We spent most of our long weekend relaxing on the back porch by the stream. It was a multi-generational trip but we all really had a great time from the 2 year old to the 78 year old! No one wanted to go home😊

While this property has close neighbors, the landscaping is such that it feels very cozy and secluded. The fire pit and inside gas fire were wonderful on chilly mornings and evenings. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars on everything is because of the mattress in the front room. It really should be replaced.

The cabin is newer or remodeled and the layout was perfect for a family of 5 with all grown children. The porch is wonderful!!! We used everything, the hot tub, firepit, porch swing. Perfect for tubing right to the house from the national park. We will definitely return to this house each year. Owner also has a house next door to bring extended family. Absolutely beautiful! Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

This property was very peaceful and had many activities that could be done either right there or close by. There were 10 of us and there was plenty to do. We went tubing, sat by the fire, used the hot tub, played non-battery games, enjoyed the front porch and took a train ride. It was a great time.

When lives are going 150 miles an hour, Water's Edge is the perfect place to tap the brakes. The home is immaculate, homey and well-furnished. The creek will lower your blood pressure 15 points and for us was so much fun--just a quick two minute drive up the road, plop the tubes in and splash an hour and a half all the way to the house. And Tom and Sue were great. A storm blew through our second night and knocked down a huge tree that blocked the drive. The next day, Tom and a crew came in and in a few hours everything was cleaned up. They were SO responsive and care so much about keeping up this home. We would so recommend a getaway here. It was just what our family (and Frankie the pup!) needed.

Wow, we love this place! This is our 2nd time staying and was such an amazing time, we’ll be back for sure! The location is perfect to tube right to your back yard. The home was very clean and had everything you will need. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting Bryson City looking for a perfect home right on the creek. My favorite is sitting on the back porch listening to deep creek. Thank you again Steven and Sue!!

Perfect size for 2 families (4 adults 4 kids between 9-13) with room to spare. Amazing vacation made possible by the great location (on deep creek), relaxed environment, and well-appointed house. Communication with the owners was amazing. Very fast to respond and took the time to provide thorough responses. We couldn’t be happier with the response time and professionalism of communication. We all agreed that we would 100% stay there again. All TV’s, washer/dryer, stove/microwave, dishwasher, hot tub were in great working order.
The kids loved playing in the creek. Lots of smooth river rocks so be sure to have your water shoes (and keep an eye out for the crayfish under the rocks). Adjustable Basketball hoop in the circular driveway was a hit. Plenty of basketballs, but we brought a kickball to make it easier for the kids to shoot. The driveway is gravel, so keep that in mind. The covered back deck has a dining table, 4 rocking chairs, and an amazing suspended rocking couch. From there we saw deer, mink, and all kinds of birds. Every light switch is labeled and each kitchen drawer is labeled making it easier to settle in and keep things tidy. Within a mile to GSMNP Deep Creek entrance, 3 tube rentals and general stores (with ice cream) along the way. We tubed from GSMNP back to the house within 45-90min (depending on where you put in at). To get back to the park and pick up the car, we brought a typical kids scooter and rode back to the park (7-9 min). Can't wait to go back

Peaceful creek in a quiet neighborhood. The listing does say which rooms have TVs, but I did not pay attention. If it is important for you to have a television away from family, please take note of the locations of each. There were mixed reviews from family on the mattresses comfort, but that is to be expected, so we had to play musical beds until we each were comfortable. We enjoyed the pool table and basketball goal too.

Everything was exactly as the listing. Great weekend getaway with friends. Bryson City is a cool little town. Great shops and restaurants. The property was super convenient to Cherokee as well. The home was well stocked and beautiful. LOVED being directly on the water.

We loved the place. The only thing was we were having a little trouble with the tv in the front bed room. The roku wouldnt pick up the wifi to the house so i had to use the hot spot on our phone to connect to the tv for our girls to watch when they went to bed. And the cleaning lady was sitting out side the cabin parked on the grass through the bushes before we left. So when we were loading up i seen jer and felt like we were being spied on or watched. I didnt like that at all. I feel she should have pulled up at 1030 when our check out was but she was definitly there at 10am or before and honestly it would have made me feel better if she would have anounved her self and told us she was the cleaning lady. I had t approach her to ask her what she was doing.

We are all 55+, it was nice having three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so we all had our privacy. And there were plenty of places to gather together and talk, laugh and play. Yes play! We played pool on the pool table, played games on the coffee table next to the fire place.but my favorite spot was the fire pit out by the river. We really enjoyed hanging out by the fire and reminiscing. Would very much recommend this property. Thank you for sharing your paradise.

Great property. Perfect location just outside of town & literally right on Deep Creek. Loved the pool table, kitchen, & living room all being in one huge area. Very accommodating. We can't wait to return during warmer weather to take advantage of tubing in the creek. Enjoyed meeting the owner too. Wonderful weekend!

This property is exactly what I was looking for! I wanted a house on Deep Creek that was big enough for my family with wonderful amenities and this was IT! It was quiet, very private even with neighbors very close- it is landscaped in such a way that you feel secluded. The instructions about how to operate and care for the VRBO were very clear and easy to follow. Great communication with the owners. The kitchen was very well equipped and met all our needs. That porch! Don't get me started! Perfect spot to relax and visit with my family.10 out of 10 highly recommend!
