Newly renovated studio apt steps away from the beach! The apt is fully furnished with a queen size bed and a small sofa. Spacious room with a/c, fan, flat screen tv, wifi access, full kitchen (microwave, stove and medium size fridge).
On the first floor of the apt building is the Brass Cactus restaurant/bar, extremely convenient with excellent food and drinks. Try the Buskwacker or J. Alexander cocktails (our favorites!).
Apt is across the main road from a supermarket, fast foods and restaurants.
Minutes away from surfing beach Playa La Pared. About 15 minutes away from the El Yunque Rainforest and Fajardo.

Did not receive check in instructions in time. Once received, it was fine. Private parking, door remote needed. Keys for every door including the elevator. Very secure.

Our host gave us great directions for self check in, though we had no idea had to call the elevator. But once other guests showed up to tell us how the elevator worked, everything else about the stay was great. We could walk to the beach, had easy access to the amazing Panderri bakery and restaurant, and easy access to the food kiosks. The sheets could use upgrading, but the bed and shower were great, and the refrigerator and microwave were welcome.

The apartment is okay but need maintenance refresher to keep it look like the picture . Also the air conditioner is too big for the unit and brings humidity.

Cons: -No hand soap or body wash in unit -No washer/dryer -Broken handle in kitchen -Toilet seat was wobbly/moved -Window in bathroom didn’t open -Shower had noticeable dirty spots -No scissors -Hardly any cookware/dishes or cooking supplies -Not enough pillows or blankets on the bed for two people -Bed caved in the middle and made you sink into the middle. Hardly any support -Never received instructions on how to get into unit until calling day because we were trying to get in -Didn’t have gate opener until having to practically beg owner for it -Can hear the highway noise very easily -No vent fan in the bathroom or air freshener -No tub stopper Pros: -Lots of sunscreen and aloe -Short walk to the beach -Soft linens and towels -Close to a lot of amazing activities and good restaurants -Very secure apt (once you figure out how to work everything) -Good water pressure in the shower and sinks -Internet and TV worked nicely

Close to the beach. Accessible to all tourist attractions. Very clean and safe. If you’re on a budge or even if you’re not this is a great place. We will recommend this place to everyone.

Checking in is super hard, make sure to call the property ahead of time and make sure you know what building it is and where the lock box is located because the address given don’t match the hotel property.

Just a great location to see stuff on this side of the island. Walking distance to the beach. Short car ride to El Yunque (Rainforest and National Park). Check in/out and all was easy and clear directions. Comfortable cozy space.

Honestly is was a decent property and the beaches are at a good walking distance but the property owner had terrible communication with us. She would take days to write back if even that.

Absolutely falsely advertised! The pic shows the ocean off the deck, which is a 2 foot concrete slab housing an old rusty generator and a paddle. The beach & a deck in the ad for this rental are at least 1/4 miles away. Horrible neighborhood. The host did answer & assist us in checking in immediately. The property was immaculate. We would never stay in a parking lot faced rental at any cost, but especially this price!!! We left after 1.5 days of 3 paid. So much for our Ocean View

Due to the circumstances of the hurricane, my stay was not pleasant at all there was no utilities there was no water there was no generator there was no anything so I had to go to San Juan and stay paying for another expense because this place did not have back up for a situation like this, which is nothing new to Puerto Rico. I wrote the host asking if she could discount some of my stay considering I only stayed two days. My daughters host refunded her three days for the days that she had to stay in the hotel. I’m still waiting to hear from this manager in regards to if she can do this for me I did and that it was a nice place. I just think it should’ve been more prepared for things like this.

Spoke to the manager building manger to fix the sliding door of the room when I FIRST got there because the lock was broke and there was 2 dead birds outside the property with the smell going inside the property. Took them 2 days with me asking them about the process and all they did was get rid of the birds . Sliding door not fixed or even secured. Plus the tub faucet was leaking and the towel on the floor near the tub was soaked when we got in. Took me to call them again almost last the day before we left for her to tell me the building Maintence guy was sick . At this point we had one day to leave back home . We had to hide the luggage in the closet because you can’t never be too cautious since we were on the second floor and the sliding door was unlocked and broke . Don’t books here they’re better places around the area that is way better!!

Studio Apartment in Luquillo, close to the Beach. Several issues: at check in I was supposed to open lockbox at the front door, unfortunately there were at least 10 Lockboxes in the same place, the elevator did not work, poor cleaning in apartment but the worst was to find out that the sliding door to the front of the apartment did not have a lock which means I had to leave my belongings in an apartment and sleep there feeling unsafe which is terrible for anyone traveling around

I don't see the need for a window in the kitchen, what I see is a lot of light that doesn't let me sleep. The closets are also used as storage.

Such a great place. Easy check in, super close to the beach and nice little touches like personalized soap. We agreed that it was the best place we stayed on our trip!

I had a difficult time getting up to the rooms initially. Instructions were not detailed enough. I didn't know which of the rear outside doors to use, and which key to use, and had the same problem when I finally got in. I guess I was expecting a little more in the way of simple amenities, like soap and kleenex. But overall, it was adequate for my purposes and was a good location.

Property was super clean and the decors were tasteful. Only thing I thought was odd is that the kitchen windows were in view of hallway and people can hear you but other than that, it was pretty nice place to stay. Walked to the beach and very quick drive to the cioscos.

Stay was good but not the best. Mattress was somewhat challenging and not all that comfortable. Elevator was not working properly. But overall did service it’s purpose.

Close to beach , and great restaurants. a little over whelming with check in because of didn’t know how to enter the building to get to the mailbox and elevator you need e key to function . Definitely not an ocean view location . Title was changed before check in . You get what you pay for but still clean and nice .

It was very small like a hotel room there is no view to look at even though it says ocean front but I was fine with it the bed is terrible but over all it was clean no issue with it I guess I got what I paid for
