Отличный вариант для остановки на несколько дней.

Отличное месторасположение. В пяти минутах ходьбы есть станция метро. В 10-ти минутах - расположен "Зеленый базар" (это один из главных рынков города, только по понедельникам он закрыт - имейте в виду). Рядом с домом было огромное количество кофеен и разных кафе (от маленьких шаурмичных и до приличных ресторанов). Также в радиусе 300м есть большой супермаркет "Юбилейный" и много небольших магазинчиков, если надо воды купить или шоколадку. Сама квартира чистая и довольно просторная. Туалет и душ раздельные, тоже все чистое. Несмотря на то, что квартира на первом этаже - внутри тихо. Сам дом расположен внутри двора, так что дорогу и машины не слышно. Во дворе тоже тишина, никто не шумит. Соседей не слышно.

На кухне имелась вся необходимая посуда. Была микроволновка, холодильник и электрический чайник. Все исправное, но вот чайник надо мыть чаще - на дне была накипь. И еще не было письменного стола. Пришлось работать за компьютером, сидя за трюмо. Можно было бы поставить ноутбук на кухонный стол, но рядом не было розеток. Если же для кого-то эти нюансы не имеют значения, то можно сказать что претензий к квартире нет.

Для городского отдыха.

Отличное месторасположение! Для прогулок по городу и перемещению по городу. Пешком до переходного центра, пешком до метро. Идеально для семейного городского отдыха в Алматы.

Добавить вешалки для полотенец, побольше туалетной бумаги, соль/перец на кухню и будет идеально.

Well situated apt.

I liked that the apt was close to the places that interested me. There were also plenty of parks, cafes and restaurants in walking (up to 3 km) distance. The owner is friendly and helpful.

The bed had seen better centuries and was not comfortable. The mattress and also the pillows could use a replacement. The TV has only Russian language programs. The blinder in the kitchen is broke, although that is not a major issue. Sadly the place is a bit dark because of large plants in front of the groundfloor windows. Card payment did not work, no huge issue, but good to be aware of.

Very friendly and caring host. He has arranged a comfortable and reasonably priced transfer from the airport. Very clean apartment and everything a visitor needs was already supplied. Even the tooth brush and paste. I most certainly will stay at their place when I come again.

Liked my stay, friendly host and easy key collection and would definitely recommend to others.

The host was very friend, good communication and immediate fixed the internet problem, the property was also in the central location, it was clean and had everything, liked the property.

The price a bit over the average for the property, for the same price there were much better options.
