Cómodo
Limpio. Bonito

It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were top-notch professionals, and the hotel itself, including the rooms, was spotless. The breakfast had a huge variety of foods! I honestly was shocked by the quality of this place. Can't recommend enough!

My stay at Vinpearl Resort Ha Long Bay was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, offering stunning views of the bay, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, I couldn't help but notice that the hotel itself was showing signs of age and wear. The need for renovation was evident in various aspects of the property, from the outdated decor to the worn-out facilities. While the cleanliness was maintained, the overall ambiance left something to be desired. With a renovation, this resort has the potential to shine even brighter and provide an even more enjoyable stay for its guests.
Another aspect to consider is that there seemed to be limited halal dining options available, which could be a limitation for some guests.

The location, the facilities especially the pools, the breakfast spread, the view from the room - everything was exceptional. Overall, great value for money.
Can't think of anything.

Only Location is good and entire Resort Staff was very rude and bad. None of the person in the Resort understand English and if you have to struggle for a Tomato ketchup then it's the most unprofessional Resort.

The hotel is beautiful with the outdoor pool being amazing!
It was a bit annoying waiting to get to the mainland at times. We didn’t find the staff to be as friendly or helpful as we did at other hotels we stayed at in Vietnam.

Food and drinks at the venue were really nice as were all the colleagues. Breakfast was magnificent. There was a little mix up between the staff about what package we had paid for but that was fine and we ate at the a la carte restaurant. There was some work being done on the beach and some rubbish around which I think came in from the rains/storm previous evening. Pool was very nice and pool bar too but the pool could have been a little warmer. Overall very nice stay on own island. Would return :)
All was good, pool temperature maybe a little warmer

food is mediocre

The hotel is stunning, set on a private island you get a boat transfer to mainland which adds to the experience. The hotel has all the typical resort features and everything you could need. We only spent one night here but wish it had been a day longer to properly enjoy it all. The breakfast was also fab!
The a la carte restaurant wasn’t great. The service was slow and the food was average but expensive. We were a big group though and I think it’s relatively new.

Everything from the staff who greeted us with a genuine smile no matter what time of day, decor which was decadent and pleasing to the eye (not to mention that they had beautifully folded towel art, rose petals on the bed and in the bathroom, and a special cake and fruit platter in celebration of our honeymoon), food that was not only beautifully presented but was some of the best quality cuisine we have had (as well travelled foodies that is a big thing!) and all the facilities (the pool side bar, and the spa where my wife and I had a relaxing massage, body scrub and foot reflexology) were of the highest standards.
We seriously couldn’t find any fault with the Vinpearl. Everything was above expectations.
