I really advice this guest-house :) Everything is perfect. The location is not far from Sintra e from Cabo do Roca. Rooms are comfy, staff is very kind. Morevoer you can have dinner in the restaurant downstairs and you won't regret about it. It's a real local portoguese restaurant. Very good and cheap.

住宿干净整洁,设施蛮新,包含在房费里的早餐蛮丰盛。
非24小时前台,不在时间段只能网上check in和付款。厨房好像没有炉头,不能自己弄吃的。

A Catarina é maravilhosa. Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto arrumado diariamente. Voltaremos!

A home away from home! Catarina and her team are the warmest people ever. So helpful, not usually a fan of hotels but I didn't want to leave this one.

Very nice, comfortable, clean rooms (cleaning every day). Friendly staff. The restaurant is not just conveniently located under the pension, but also has a wonderful kitchen. We stayed there for four nights, and decided to eat there twice. Our other two choice were not that good as this one.
Be aware that this is a small village with very narrow strrets and not too many free parking places. Of course it's not the host's fault, just an advice. You can park on the market square (250 m) but on Thursdays and on the 3rd Sunday of the month there is a market so you have to move your car before the morning.

Muy bien todo, muy amable la anfitriona.
Lo único que no tenían posibilidad de pagar con tarjeta por estar estropeado y tuvo que ir mi marido de noche a sacar dinero de un cajero porque no nos había avisado.

Lovely, laid back but great little guest house. Photos don’t do it justice. Family run and 20 min walk to Praia Adraga. I’m coming back !

The host was friendly and always reachable via whatsapp and check-in and out was easy. The breakfast provided was plenty and satisfying. You get food and can prepare it yourself, we really appreciated that. The terrasse is really nice. We used it to sit outside and eat breakfast. The restaurant downstairs (which you need a reservation for) was excellent!!
The room was very small, which made the staying in the room quit claustrophobic, also because the only window in the room had a wall right in front of it, so we had no view and it was hard to get fresh air in the room. The room is so small that it doesn't even have a wardrobe (we were provided with some hangers on request). The wifi did not work while we were there, and we were told that there is nothing they can do about it, which was disappointing. The tv also didn't work. The stove in the kitchen appeared to be broken. The bathroom makes very loud noises when you use water and it could use some renovations. Overall, unfortunately, it just wasn't very comfortable and for what we got, we fought it was overpriced.

Small little pension, with simple but comfortable rooms. Breakfast is generously portioned for each room (cold cuts, cheese, bread, fruit, etc). Staff was super friendly. The general feeling is of being in a small family-run pension, which is a nice rest from the over-tourism of the large cities.
Location requires you to have a car and drive a good half an hour trough small one-way roads if you want to catch the Sintra sights (which you should definitely do!).

Nice breakfast! Comfortable rooms.
Mixup with payment. Restaurant staff should have helped me.

Good place. Clean.
A bit old. Stinky. Not so much. But a bit.

This is an extraordinary authentic place with wonderful people all around. Caterina, the heart and soul of the place, does everything to make the traveller feel at home. And the restaurant with its friendly and professional staff, let alone the amazing cuisine, makes thé stay also à culinary experience.
For my it was the perfect place. People not looking for a modern 4 star hotel will find an honest, authentic place.

The location is perfect, very close to the beautiful beaches of Sintra and 20-30 minutes away from the Castles. If you want to experience the whole natural park, this is a great spot to stay at! We also really recommend the trail that goes from Cabo da Roca to Magoito beach. Very beautiful views.

Tastefully furnished, cosy guesthouse with a homely atmosphere. The stay here was very pleasant. I would definitelly recommend! Also a great starting point for hiking or visiting local beaches.

They need to change the check in time on booking.com which say 15:00 but no one there until 18:00
In fairness they did send an email but we were all n the move and didn’t see it so 3 hours hanging around to check in
Otherwise perfect stay
Probably being too picky

Hotel was cosy with the restaurant downstairs. Small inner yard terrace for a cup a coffee. I liked small village around 20 minutes walk to the beach and 30 mins to the cliffs.
The smell of paint inside. Shared kitchen and dining room simple, but enough. Very good breakfast was just simple continental breakfast. Also you can toast the bread. The check in time on the booking was different than at a place. The staff was not cooperative, had to wait two hours nearby, that distroyed my plans for an afternoon hike.

I liked the hiking to Cabo da roca which is not fare away, also the Aguda beach.

Comfortable beds and pilows. Friendly and helpful staff.
To have free access to the kitchen area was super nice and a bonus when we wanted to grab a coffee, tea, or have late breakfast.
Needs a fresher look and some renovation. Is far from sparkling clean, but acceptable inside our expectations.

Friendly staff, location close to a beautiful beach
Too bad I didn't read the reviews before booking. The room didn't match the pictures - small and cold - slept in sweater, tiny heater couldn't cope. Terrible cleaning - other people's hair in the bed and on the floor in the bathroom.
52€ for winter - very expensive for it. For rest, especially in winter, I highly don't recommend. Perhaps in summer it is better here - suitable for travelers with backpacks
