Posizione e

Vittorio is numero uno in Siracusa 🙂 Highly recommended!
You also can practice Italian with him. He is polite and kind.
A little far away from Ortigia, difficult to go when it is hot.

personas service from the owner of the hotel was amazing. senior Victorio was super nice and take care about everything. he organized special options for breakfast for me. so quite.
it was a bit nosy outside when the windows are open because the hotel is very close to the road. you can use aid conditioner but I prefer the fresh air.

The owners are lovely and took extra care to be sure I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast included in the price. The location was good for me because I was visiting the Gestalt Institute around the corner; but the city where the restaurants and other activities are located is a distance away accessible by bus or taxi. Most people in this area do not speak English and that was at times difficult for me as I only speak English. I recommend Granitas and food at Bar Tunisi or Bar Drago.
I only speak English so for me that was a problem; people were friendly. The B&B is walking distance to the sea and there is a terrific walking path; many residents walk their dog there but do not cleanup after their dog 💩 Also, if you want to go swimming, there is no pool at the B&B and no public beach connected with the B&B.

Very nice host, close to the beach. Clean and modern bathroom although the shower would need some attention. The breakfast was nice with some options to choose from.
WIFI did not work well, the host explained this was a temporary problem with Vodafone.

Little far from the centre

The hotel manager picked us up from the train station in Syrakuse, it was a nice gesture. The villa of B&B and the sourrounding are lovely. The beach is very close approximately 500 m.
The breakfast is monotonous- a one bun with coffee every day. The biggest problem was the towels and bedsheets- from the very beggining they were very musty. Even after changing the problem remained.

Big room. Comfortable bed. Airco working well. Staff very friendly. Bed made up every day & room cleaned. Very nice terrace to have breakfast/ coffee in the morning.
Location further away from the sea than shown on map. Not close to any beach.

Very clean
Hi everybody. I booked 1 room for 2 kids and 2 adults. I listed 1 kid is 10 and other is 8 y.o. on this website.
After we had many problems to arrive ( my son was sick on catamaran from malta to sicily. My licence was expired, our rented car stopped in the middle of nowhere and in really bad weather we drove from pozzallo to siracusa, we waited 2 hours for our car to be changed in a highway. I arrived safely at Cumpari Turiddu.
A young girl escorted us to the room. We were presented a room with a single small bed and a normal double bed. I told the girl that I booked for 2 kids and 2 adults. The she asked the owner to come along and talk to me and they said our 8 y.o. child can sleep in the middle of us! We don't do this at home and this was suppose to be a holiday. I asked for an alternative room with four normal beds as our booking was clear we were four. The owner offered us another room with 2 double and a single bed (which we did not need) but asked us for an extra charge of 60 euro.
This was very embarrassing as we felt as we tried to fool the owners or some illegal imigrant family trying to shove ourselves in a little room. Also we were not prepared to pay that extra money as there were lots of good deals on the internet for the same money we payed.
After a horrible journey I said nothing, took the room and gave him the money, as I was with family and I did not want any arguments.
I tried writing to booking.com before putting my comments here to check if it's the website fault or the owner tried to screw me.
If I was not with family and all went well with my journey I would have walked out.
Parking, not as website says giving the impression there was ample parking. Only one available. First come first serve. Most of the time we were lucky to find it empty as when we arrived we were the only ones who had a car.
Otherwise staff were nice and helpful.Room we payed extra for was good and very clean. Area central.
