Good location, nice facilities
Slow service more interested with other guests

Couple in the adjoining room having conversation as early as 4am that we could overhear disrupting our sleep

staff was excellent…accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable. property was delightful…small and cozy, felt like home. Location great for the attractions we wanted to see.
a little hard for our driver to find at night from the airport

It was really nice and they obliged us when we had to leave early before official breakfast time even on our early check-out
Some mix up about check-in times after I had communicated earlier so I ended up paying more but the staff were at least polite

A decent stay in Karen with all the basic needs. The hotel has a nice lounge area and offers breakfast.
It seemed the hotel was not aware of the booking so our room was not prepared and was a bit dusty and missing towels.

Nothing really.

All perfect, great brand new hotel, nicer staff.

The rooms are beautiful and well taken of, the staff is the absolute friendliest, the food is good, and they were understanding about me needing to check out a little late.
I asked for hotel pick-up, but I had to wait for almost an hour for it to arrive due to traffic. Rather just take an Uber or a taxi from the airport as it's cheaper and more convenient. The driver was super friendly though.

Food was excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and willing to help. I arrived much to early due to a change in my scedule, but whitout me asking they let me in the room early to rest.
There was no warm water in the room I booked. When I complained about it the staff told me there was a problem in the whole building and offered me another room in another building. The other room turned out to have a leaking roof and rain was leaking right in the bed.
My overall impression was that the hotel is overpriced. In the Netherlands were prices are generally higher than in Kenya I would get better value for money than in this hotel. Only the staff made up for the shortcommings by being very kind and helpfull.
