Gite en pleine nature proche de la Spezia

Le gîte est situé dans un endroit époustouflant, la nature aux alentours est luxuriante et la vue sur les collines aux alentours permet de prendre son petit déjeuner dans les meilleures conditions. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, Mariette est prête à l'améliorer selon votre demande ce qui résume un peu notre hôte, toujours motivée.

La route pour accéder au gite était plus que surprenante tellement elle est étroite. Notre chambre pour 2 personnes était située dans les soubassements de la maison, elle était très humide. Il faudrait revoir les rangements dans cette chambre ainsi que ceux dans la salle de bain ou nous manquions de place.

Vi elskede stedet og besøger vi området igen vil vi bestemt booke et værelse hos Mariette!

Må bare sige at Mariette er en super god vært. Hun var fra start meget behjælpelig med såvel praktiske anmodninger til anbefalinger af spisesteder. Vi spiste på nogle super charmerende steder med ægte autentisk italiensk mad, takket være hendes vejledning. Stedets placering er meget idylisk, belligende i bjergene ad en lille vej. Her kan man nyde sin ferie i fred og ro. Huset er af ældre dato, men helt fantastisk charmerende. Vil til hver en tid anbefale dette sted!

Eneste kritik jeg kan give er af brusenichen; den fungerer men kunne trænge til at blive opdateret.

Agréable séjour au calme

J’avais déjà lu que l’hôte était gentille. Donc je confirme: elle est au petit soin. Elle aime son métier et ça se voit. Je sais que ça a déjà été dit mais le petit déjeuner est merveilleux (du salé, du sucré, même du gâteau encore chaud fait maison). Elle vous conseillera sur les restaurants autour (effectivement un régal). Emplacement idéal pour visiter les 5 terres en se reposant au calme.

Vraiment pour dire des choses négatives : C’est la campagne donc avec ses inconvénients (Le stationnement est un peu compliqué. Et sur le dernier kilomètre on espère ne jamais croiser une voiture. Et quelques petites bêtes : punaises, fourmis)

Fabelhaft

Die Zimmer waren wunderschön und super sauber. Marietta ist total lieb. Das Frühstück war der Hammer. Wir bekamen noch warmen Zitronenkuchen. Selten so etwas leckeres gegessen. Hier hat man ein Stück Zuhause in der Ferne. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Alles war perfekt.

Vraiment un bel endroit ,une chambre pour trois personnes vaste et bien décorée ,un petit déjeuner riche et varié de produits frais . mieux qu'un hôtel Et notre hôtesse charmante,aux petits soins de ses clients.

Very good

The host, Mariette, is amazing. She is full of life, ready to help her guests with any request and with advice and ideas. She wrote to us upfront with all the information needed for us to find the place, which is rather remote, and she was available to us throughout our stay. The location is quiet, in a forest, rather isolated, with an amazing view. The breakfast is rich, diverse, with fresh pastry, brought every morning from a bakery.

The remoteness of the location, which we loved, comes with some disadvantages, such as the poor mobile network and wifi.

we stayed three nights at Mariette's place, we booked the room with the private balcony including two deckchairs where we relaxed after visiting Cinque Terre. The room was extremely spacious with even a bath tub. We really enjoyed the tranquility of this place - in contrast to the tourists crowds in Cinque Terre. This house is surrounded by hills and forests, not to forget the wonderful garden where the breakfast buffet was served (fresh fruit, yoghurt, croissants, ham and cheese, eggs, cakes, granola). Mariette was very helpful and helped us planning our trip to Cinque Terre (told us where to find alternative free parking options in La Spezia). All in all, we were happy to book this place as our starting point to explore Cinque Terre

We stayed at this place in August, as it was very hot even during the night, air condition or at least a fan would have been great. Opening the windows reduced the temperatures only to a small extend (the heat obviously might only be a problem during summer time and we knew beforehand that air condition would not be available) Be prepared that the last part of the road (600m) is very bumpy and you can only go very slow

Lovely place, totally recommended.

Awesome place and an awesome host. Marietta was so kind and helpful. She made our stay comfortable. The breakfasts were sweet, but she provided extra anything we want. The place is in the countryside, 15min to the centrum of La Spezia. Two restaurants are about 5min by car. Our apartment had two bedrooms and quite a big bathroom with a bath. If you want to listen to bird sounds and relax or looking for a nice base for further trips, don't hesitate to book.

I recently stayed at B&B Il Tulipano and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, clean and cozy with beautiful view of the surrounding nature. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and made sure that I had everything I needed to feel at home. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast served on the terrace every morning. It was such a treat to enjoy a cup of amazing coffee and a croissant while soaking up the morning sun and taking in the beautiful scenery. The location of the apartment was perfect for me as it provided a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while still being within easy reach of all the local attractions. Overall, I would highly recommend B&B Il Tulipano to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. The apartment was clean, cozy and spacious, the host was kind and welcoming, and the location was perfect for anyone looking to reconnect with nature. I can't wait to come back and stay here again!

Everything just perfect, Mariette is awesome, full of energy and enthusiasm, always there to give us advices on what to do around. Her place is beautiful, peaceful, we had a fantastic time in family with our 2 kids. Perfect location to walk in the 5 terre, out of busy Spezia. We will be back!

The property is breathtakingly beautiful and we got our best sleep during our trip thanks to the peace and quiet.

Located in a quiet area away from busy and noisy roads. We were told that only 7 families live near the property. We slept like babies thanks to the peace and quiet. The host was very welcoming to our special requests about breakfast. Our room was absolutely breathtaking and romantic with the warm fireplace.

The only small discomfort we faced was that our smartphones didn’t get any reception but thankfully there was free Wifi.

Our stay was just perfect, we definitelly recommend this place to everyone and we will be coming back one day again. 10

My family and I love old stone houses. What we loved about this particular house was that Mariette (owner) build it up from ruins with her own two hands. She really put her whole heart into it, because the moment you move into that place you feel like you are at home. Very cosy place with two friendly dogs running around the beautiful garden overlooking hills and breakfast really made with love to everyone’s satisfaction. 10 out of 10. 🫶

There was literaly nothing that me and my family wouldn’t like.

Absolutely recommended!

The host is super kind, responsive and flexible, breakfast is delicious, free parking, the b&b is located in the forest so the only thing you hear when you wake up are birds. We visited La Spezia and Cinque Terre from here which is a 20-40 minute drive depending on which city you’ll be visiting. It was perfect for us.

Il Tulipano is relaxing and comfortable and Mariette is a very capable and a charming host

We really liked the location which was very quiet and peaceful. Mariette is very welcoming and accommodating and a wonderful host. You can ask her anything and she’ll help you. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and Mariette was always able to accommodate additional requests. Nothing was ever too much.

Perhaps a fan during hot weather but we didn’t ask!

Whole building is beautiful, looks like typical Toscanian house views and all arounds is perfect. near to La Spezia, Lerici, Cinque Terre. About 1km from staying is very good restaurant. Host, Mariette, ah, what a wonderful human being! She is amazing and she is creating the best atmosphere in the world. breakfasts are amazing, her cakes even better ❤️ we will back to the Tulipano place for sure and we highly recommend this place to everyone Also for dogs lovers - there are two cute dogs! 🐾

This place is idyllic. Relaxing and tranquill fabulous breakfast and exemplary service from the owner.

Pool was not available but this was due to the unprecidented storms and unavoidable. Owner was desperately trying to clean it as we arrived.

Beautiful spot in Cinque Terre area with great host

Beautiful location with nice views. Short driving distance from Cinque Terre. Breakfast is really good! Mariette is a great host with great tips and support for all her guests.

Fantastic place close to La Spezia!

The host being kind and the place being so close to La Spezia. The breakfast was amazing with homemade jams, eggs, baked cakes etc. The house is nicely renovated and from our room we had a great view towards a beautiful jungle, felt you were suddenly in a tropical forest 😃 The host was so kind to fix an extra bed for our daughter in a short time.
