Passez votre chemin si vous aimez le calme

Le confort et la propreté du logement

L'absence de l'hôte durant tout le séjour. Juste un passage le 1er soir pour récupérer notre cartes d'identité. Le passage incessant de voitures. Logement en bord de route. Des bouchons d'oreilles sont fournis. Les places de parking (2-3) pour 4 clients.

Nius avons apprécié la chambre et les petits déjeuners très copieux et variés

Très bon accueil. Nous nous sommes perdus (GPS en panne) il faisait nuit, et ils sont venus nous chercher.

Trop près de la route, mais il y avait des bouchons d’oreilles dans les tables de nuit..,

Siamo stati più volte in questa struttura e ci siamo sempre trovati bene. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli, la pulizia è ottima, la proprietaria gentile e disponibile. La colazione è varia e abbondante.

Super consigliato

Torniamo in questa struttura quasi tutti gli anni. Si trova a pochi minuti dal centro di La Spezia, in posizione comoda per visitare sia il litorale che le aree interne. Quest' anno siamo venuti più volte. Durante i nostri soggiorni abbiamo alloggiato nelle diverse stanze e abbiamo potuto verificare l'accuratezza con cui sono gestite: dall'arredo, alle decorazioni, alla pulizia. La proprietaria è molto attenta e scrupolosa. Il sistema di check-in è semplice e consente all'ospite di gestire tutto in autonomia. C'è possibilità di parcheggio gratuito presso la struttura. Ampia scelta per la colazione, dolce e salata. Torneremo sicuramente.

Great value and comfortable stay

Great room. We stayed in Portovenere room. Funnily decorated. Clean and large. All you need for a comfortable stay. Great shower, air purifier and airco. Private entrance and private parking. 10 minutes from La Spezia. The host gave us precious tips on where to park in La Spezia . The breakfast was awesome. Including a coffee machine and fresh fruits. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Cleanliness. Well maintained and spacious room. Free parking (A bit tight but tolerable). Good value for money. We didn't see the landlady a lot, that made us feel more comfortable.

Breakfast could be better. Roadside rooms are noisy. Location is not ideal.

Nice room with eye for detail, comfy bed. Good shower and plenty of space. It is about 15 min drive to La Spezia station. You need a car at this location.

The location directly on a busy road with the noise from the traffic. Even with windows closed you could hear it very well in the room. Traffic starts very early in the morning.

Beautifully decorated and comfortable room with a great breakfast at a good price

Beautifully designed room in "sea" style - you must see. Available tea, coffee, kettle. Air conditioning functional. Breakfast very rich, I can't even name everything, but perfect. Parking directly in front of the room. Very nice housewife.

Just two small mistakes: the accommodation is right on the road, in the morning there was quite heavy traffic, which was quite noisy. The room is on the ground floor of a family house and has no window, only the front door, which is actually a French window, but still the room is a bit dark. At least in the summer, everyone still prefers to close the shutters to keep the room warm.

We were satisfied with everything. The room was cleaned every day. That surprised us. We're not used to that. The room was rather smaller. But sufficient. Breakfast was a combination of store bought food + home cooked food.

We got the London room and it’s extremely clean and comfy, you can tell the owner has put a lot of love in decorating the room :) and the owners are very lovely, we arrived very late but they welcomed us. Thank you! *and breakfast was abundant

Perfection and highly recommend!

Perfect in every way! Great apartment just steps away from the covered daily market. Lots of cafes and restaurants serving wonderful Provencal food. Immaculate apartment, great bed, a/c was divine in summer heat. We loved everything about Sortie 44! Compliments to the owners on recent full renovation creating a great oasis of comfort and calm. We wish we could have stayed longer. Safe checkin during covid and seamless checkout via computer.
