The air conditioning was great.

Everything that water comes out were cut off without notice past 12:00 midnight.

Unsatisfactory

Close to Mall of Asia. That is about all we liked.

Super dirty. Toilet seat would not stay up, creating awkward restroom experience. Active water leaks in both rooms we stayed in. Strong smell of mold. Property was advertised as having a clothes washing machine in the room. It had the washer, but it did not work. By the time we got anyone to address the issue, we did not have time to air dry our clothes before we had to leave. The bathroom was very dirty - shower looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. The sponge provided in the kitchen had hairs all over it. The slide lock on the door was totally useless - see the picture. The directions to the property were very confusing for the cab drivers - we ended up going to the wrong building at first. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not bad but not the best either

Stable internet connection and comfortable bed

Lack of communication from the staff/owner. The place was clean but not the acceptable clean like the other units we have been into. The floor seems to have not been maintained/mopped. It was sticky. There are no rugs, no dustpan. The cabinet door is stuck There are no tissues and slippers in the bathroom The chairs outside were broken. There are no kitchen towels

this place is a con nearly all the photos were of another unit and only a few were of them were from that unit ! what a

property was great room was garbage

it wasn’t clean furniture should be thrown out ,couch or second bed was disgusting , pillows were dirty, dirty kettle ,no knives at all no washing machine as per photos

Not comfy, not satisfied with the services.

The host tried to get more money from us. We came at 9pm and the check in time accrdg to their website was until 11pm. He asked for us to pay 300 pesos for late check in. He said the check in time was only til 8pm. Then we waited for an hour in the lobby for him to let us in in our room. He didn't show himself. He only communicate thru the lobby guard.

It was great.

The location,the unit itself is very clean,fragrant and the staff are well-mannered and accommodating.

I wish there were mugs and rice cooker too. The pan had no cover.

Pool area is nice and excellent.

Many things. First is the room description for the Apartment with pool view have incorrect information. The room has 2 beds only, nothing more. It says in the description that kitchen is available, dining area, refrigerator, microwave, but it is not available. Like I said, just 2 beds and bathroom only. Customer service, lacks knowledge. Just no actions at all. Miscommunication is the key to providing horible service of the unit owner's staffs.

Condo near Mall of Asia but Owner needs to improve the room facilities

The location is near Mall of Asia, and the condo has swimming pool to enjoy.

- The unit still use windows-type Aircon, which is noisy. Owner can invest little bit to install split AC - The internet connection is terrible and almost cannot be used, if front door is closed. - No soap or shampoo provided, so guest must bring their own soap and shampoo - No Television on the room, which is very bad - No cups, only one glass. No plate and spoons. - Cheap towel material - No proper table to eat or to work

We booked for a family room, but we were given 2 small old rooms instead as there had been an issue because of “double booking” Very disappointing. We had to book another place to stay and just let someone stay in the rooms so our money wouldn’t be wasted.
