Hôtel est pas cher et bien placé

L’emplacement, au cœur du quartier de Mataki

L’hôtel a besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement et le petit déjeuner 🥞…! C’est une honte…! Il n’y a rien…!

Not what i expected from my stay

The hotel reception staff were polite and pleasant The room was big and spacious. And the swimming pool was wet

The tv didnt work when we arrived.Had to call maintainence to fix it. The bed was uncomfortable and hard. Was charged 900 pesos for a stain on a sheet and a pillow case.Only to be given dirty sheets and covers in return. Also found a cockroach in the bathroom(On the 16th floor) The breakfast options were limited to Egg,bacon,toast.And 1 coffee.And the oats were cooked and burnt.And even then the eggs were badly cooked,Bacon was burnt to a cinder.And no butter for the toast.Its a shame that the hotel didnt have its own restaurant area.And a wider selection of breakfast options like other hotels nearby do.

Gem of an apartment!

Don't know why this place has not got consistently good reviews, the apartment was lovely and lacked nothing in way of facilities. Staff were exceptionally friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The location is very good, with plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and the Greenbelt Mall is either a short taxi ride or a brisk walk away.

I found the on-site restaurant a bit cliquey, although food was very good. Getting taxi's in Makati in the evening proved to be challenging, but otherwise very enjoyable stay.

When we arrive at the room, the floor is dirty, when we opened the curtain insects came out. The bedsheets with insects underneath the blanket. Then later we Checked that the microwave is not working, one of the plates they provided with stain. But after telling to them the issues.. They changed the plate immediately and changed the microwave. Next day, TV cable was not working but for a few hours only.

Great stay in peaceful Makati area

It's a very convenient location with many good restaurants around. Staff is kind and helpful

Nothing in particular, the only thing was that elevator on 30F was not always operating - had to call front desk for assistance, though nothing critical

Perfectly acceptable for the price and location

Location is right in the center of Makati with the major malls accessible by walking. Plenty of restaurants to choose from right outside the hotel and surrounding area so there's an option for everyone.

Elevator and the corridors are dated. There was no aircon in the elevator but a fan was installed, it was a bit loud. Rooms were fine, no mini fridge though and the trim had minimal paint marks on a section of wall by the bed.

Staff excellent and helpful. Clean but had small insects which hard to exterminate.The rooms are huge .

The stovetop was old , there is no turner,laddle to cook the food. option kitchen is incomplete Unfortunately there were 4 small cockroaches near garbage underneath sink And bed Inform housekeeping apologized offered exterminator but I will be moving the next day I preferred not to because busy packing and I had previous appointment outside building

the elevator really annoyed me the whole stay. it's not working on my floor and so I always need to ask the lobby to send someone to my floor.

It was ok, Would i stay again? Probably not!

Check in was smooth

The room smelt of chlorine and could not stand the smell. The staff changed our room however it ruined the experience.

I was wrong in choosing this bad hotel, and the problem is that I extended my stay for a few more da

I like only the location and the price little bit. All other things is really bad, You feel like you are living in a dump. The rooms are very dirty and bad smell, And full of insects, especially cockroaches. The furniture is worn out and old and the kitchen utensils. The cleaning is bad, the towels are dirty and they don't have a washing machine or let you do your laundry for free. Despite all these bad conditions, they do not accept pets, and there is a man working at the reception who looks at you as if you are going to sabotage and that you are a person who must provide a lot of guarantees such as prepayment, additional insurance and other matters of financial exploitation. Indeed, loyalty is non-existent with customers.

Amazing value for money

Very friendly staff at reception and housekeeping. Location close to some amazing coffee shops and bars. Definitely staying again.

All in all. It was a good stay coz we are not that fuzzy. I will stay go back to Infinity.

I like space of our 3Bedroom. Old and outdated but very spacious that is why I keep coming back to the place. Plenty of room to move around without bumping into each other. Very convenient coz it is near to everything.Staff were friendly and accomodating too but I think some of the people from the reception are pretty new.

Pool has too much chlorine that it changed the colour of our dark cosies. WIFI was so slow and sometimes none. Lobby is hot during the day, AC might be broken? You may want to do pest control coz we’ve seen some roaches crawling around. Do not worry, we are not scared of them so it was no biggie, other guests might think differently.
