Great apartment, especially if travelling with 2 families (as we did). Perfect size, large bathrooms & showers, AC in each room! Gianni was great to communicate with. Close to the main waterfront and a 15 minute walk to the main Centro Storico. Easy access to the bus to get to the train station or longer distances! Highly recommended

This was a wonderful apartment near the La Spezia port area, and was close to grocery stores and several restaurants. Gianni was a great host and quickly responded to any questions. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

This is a nice apartment in La Spezia that is clean and well updated. It’s a short walk to the train station if you wish to visit Cinque Terre as we did. Cinque Terre is a spectacular area that you could explore for days. My only complaint would be the location which just didn’t feel like a nice area. The apartment itself was great. We had a car and for the first two nights we found free parking on the street (on Viale Italia) within a couple blocks of the apartment. The last night, we couldn’t find parking on the street so we parked in a paid parking garage (Europa Park) which worked just fine.

The apartment was lovely and spacious. The only thing I could fault was no wine glasses.

We enjoyed our stay in la.Spezia. The apartment is in a good area, many good restaurants are close.
You have to eat out because the apartment is not geared toward cooking.

Although we had high expectations we were very disappointed with this location. First, we found bugs in the sheets of both pull out couches. Second, there were no blankets were provided at all. Third, the shower flooded the first time we used it so the entire floor of the shower was wet. And fourth, and probably worst, there was construction going on in the apartment upstairs that we weren’t told about so at 730-8am, we were awoken to massive construction that apparently had been going on for a while according to the construction guys. When we addressed it with the owner, he denied everything and wasn’t helpful. If you end up booking please keep in mind that the family room area is very small so 6 people max should stay here.

Our family of 6 stayed here during our visit to cinque terre and it was perfect! Plenty of space for all of us with large couches big enough for our boys who are over 6 ft tall. Check in was easy and the landlord was helpful with getting us taxis. The ferry was right outside and we hopped on and took a beautiful ride around cinque terre. Wonderful place!

We enjoyed our time at this property in La Spezia. It was further away from the train station than expected. We had to pay to park our car there but it was close by and fairly reasonably priced. Maybe put a note in the book about needing tickets for the bus? We thought we could use euros which was not the case and ended up getting fined by the transit authorities. Just a couple small details. Otherwise the property was clean and well stocked for our needs. Thanks Gianni!

Great location
This was located right by the cruise terminal in the middle of everything. Parking is horrible in this area but we were lucky to find free parking on the main road and left the car there. The cover on one of the beds had a blood stain on it which grossed us out. We did experience wonderful service at a restaurant below called Pannagacci Wow. They were really nice and the pannagacci was amazing.

Lovely Place in a Lovely City
We used the apartment as a jumping off point for Cinque Terre. Very comfortable, clean and conveniently located. Good food at the pier and long pedestrian street nearby .

Fantastic apartment in a great location.
Super clean, very spacious and well equipped with extremely helpful and friendly hosts. Everything one could need for a long or short stay in a walkable distance (or there's a fair number of free parking spaces nearby) to all shops, restaurants, port, train station, etc.. in La Spezia and is also the perfect base for exploring Liguria and Tuscany. A great find, and one we'll definitely return to and highly recommend!!

Beautiful, newly remodeled apartment
Beautiful, newly remodeled apartment in a great location to the city square. Not too far from the train to access Cinque Terre. Gianni was awesome and couldn't have been more accommodating.

Luxurious stay
Clean and spacious apartment with aircondition and working WiFi, very close to all Cinque Terre attractions. Gianni was a perfect host, giving advice when needed and very flexible check in when we needed one. La Spezia a beautiful city and busses, boats and trains are within a walking distance from the apartment. This home exceeded expectations! Thanks Gianni :)

Ideal gateway to Cinque Terre
The Property was immaculate and spacious, with all amenities to meet the needs of any family. We had 11 people in our family, ranging from 2 to 82 years old. The Guest Info book had very useful information about all you want to know, including places to go and transport to those places. We went to the Cinque Terre daily by bus and train but in the course of our getting around, we discovered La Spezia's treasures as well, all at non-tourist prices. Gianni was gracious and responsive to our inquiries and request for assistance.
