Only breakfast. very nice but hot food would be nicer

The fact that the traditional full cooked breakfast was not offered was a bonus. We had lovely fresh fruit, cereal, toast and pastries. Our hosts very kindly allowed us to store our cycles in a safe place overnight.

The room was spacious with beautiful furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was new and modern. Our host was friendly, gracious and answered all of the questions we had about the area. We would highly recommend this guest suite to our friends and family.
4.5
Amazing room, spacious, airy, full of light, great view over a beautiful, own access to the garden patio. Very peaceful, huge and very comfy bed. Nice and clean bathroom. Breakfast generous - choice of 2 cereals, a fruit salad, yogurt, toast, butter, jam, croissant, juice, all portioned out and set for you at your allocated spot. Good hot coffee too. The breakfast set up is designed to limit interaction with others which would suit someone looking for 'me time'. Own parking spot was super handy. Very friendly owner, great communication pre-arrival. Wish I had more time to enjoy the room :)

Painswick was a central place to stay when hiking a section of the Cotswolds Way, with interesting gardens and historic buildings for my wife to visit.
Our accommodation was an annex with its own entrance so we could come and go as we pleased. The room was nicely furnished and spacious with a settee and large bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, and the blinds and sound insulation good so we slept very well. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.
Breakfast was a tasty, healthy and generous combination of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and toast or croissants. We only saw our host Marcus at breakfast, but he was friendly and helpful. We left a coat behind, which he returned to us the same day.
Painswick Rococo Garden and St Mary's church are well worth a visit.
There is no onsite parking. We had no problem finding a space nearby in a residential area, but this was not guaranteed.
There do not seem to be many places to eat in Painswick, but we had two very good evening meals at a pub and restaurant about 300m downhill from the guest house.

Continental breakfast was excellent, all fruit all beautifully ripe, all at the same time, no mean feat.
Lovely shower (separate bath as well)
All good

The room was comfortable with a bed and sofa and a good size bathroom with lovely big shower as well as a bath.
Bedding and towels looked good and felt very new! Delicious breakfast with fresh fruit, yoghurt and warm croissants and toast. Delightful host with whom we had very enjoyable chats!
The room could have been slightly bigger and there was no view out of the window. I believe there is a garden room there too and that might have been preferable but wasn't available when we booked.

The beauty of the room. The amazing breakfast and the hospitality.
There wasn't anything I didn't like, it was all perfect.

One of the best B&B I have stayed in. The room is well furnished, immaculate and aesthetically pleasing with lovely views of the beautiful garden. It has all the amenities of a hotel. Great location especially if you’re visiting the Cotswold. The host and staff were very polite, friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast was lovely and served with a platter of delicious fruit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back again!

The property was lovely and clean and had a great sized bathroom with seperate shower and bath!
Having to park round the corner on a different road. Evenings over the weekend were the worst and we ended up having to park quite far down the road.
