ASI DA GUSTO VIAJAR!!

La amabilidad de Beatriz y lo cuquí q estaba el apartamento. Y además en todo el centro de Cuenca, a un paso de todo. Genial!! Repetiremos!!

El menaje de cocina un poquito justo, pero para 3 noches bien.

Bien pero tuvimos ruido

La amabilidad de Beatriz, hiperatenta , a la menor insinuación hace lo imposible por solucionar cualquier pequeño inconveniente. Nos proporcionó muy buenas recomendaciones turísticas. La ubicación perfecta,en el centro y con parad de autobús al casco antiguo en la puerta. La posibilidad de plaza de garaje a un paso del apartamento. La cocina completa y bien equipada, con paños, manteles, productos de limpieza y lavavajillas, tostador, frigorífico grande, microondas ... Buena calefacción por suelo radiante, limpieza correctisima, ascensor, gel y champú para toda la estancia. Hay 9 escalones bastante altos hasta llegar al ascensor, a tener en cuenta si se tiene dificultades de locomoción.

Tuvimos mala suerte y estaban levantando toda la calle justo delante del edificio, lo que significó ruido desde las 8 de la mañana a las 18 horas todos los días de nuestra estancia. El aislamiento del apartamento es pésimo, se oía toda la noche hasta después de las cero hora la tele de los vecinos y lo que es peor un perro muy ruidoso que ladraba mucho. Otros pequeños defectos son que no es propiamente un apartamento, el dormitorio y el salón son la misma estancia, la cama es de 135 y no de 150 y esta pegada a la pared por la falta de espacio...a esa pared de la tele y el perro de los vecinos...Además el baño aunque suficiente es muy angosto.

Nos volvemos encantadas de nuestra estancia en Cuenca en los Apartamentos Beatriz. La casa ha sido un 10 y un auténtico acierto. Un apartamento muy acogedor con todo muy limpio, aire acondicionado, calefacción con suelo radiante, camas muy cómodas, detalle de aceite, sal, cápsulas de café. La ubicación es excelente para ir a culquier sitio. Y lo mejor de todo ha sido la propia Beatriz. No solo nos ha dado todas las facilidades e indicaciones para llegar, sino que nos ha aconsejado sobre restaurantes, bares, zonas a visitar... En resumen, repetiremos seguro.

It's a comfortable apartment in a great location in Cuenca. It's a short walk to all the main sights or you can use the bus that stops right in front of the building. The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer stay, it's fully equipped. Wifi also works great. The hosts are kind and helpful, communication was great. I had a great time, and would definitely recommend!

1. Location of the apartment is super convenient-walking distance to bus stops, supermarkets and cafes. 2. The host/ owner Beatrice makes us feel welcome by keeping in touch with us b4 our arrival and ensure we check in safely. She also provides useful information from transportation to the nearby restaurants without being requested. For first time overseas visitors these info are very useful. 3. The apartment is fully furnished and comfortable to stay-in

The host's attitude was superb. Very helpful and nice. Cozy very clean little attic in a great location. Full of details.

There are some stairs after you leave the lift, but it's nobody's fault.

Superb

Everything was neat and tidy, properly cleaned and cared for, we even got towels for each of us. Building is 3min away from the center and there is a bus stop pretty much right next to the door, supper convenient. The landlady was really nice and friendly and even offered us to recommend places to visit and restaurants etc. I would definitely recommend and go back with friends or family

Excellent Family Apartment Close to City Center

Excellent location, close to the main shopping street of Cuenca's new town, thereby access to restaurants and cafes was easy. Also convenient walking distance (though a bit uphill) to the old town cathedral, Plaza Mayor and the famous hanging houses. The apartment itself had all the amenities, basic supplies and utensils. Rooms were of decent size. Specially would like to mention about our excellent host Beatriz, who helped us to find our way around Cuenca, and even picked us up from the AVE train station for a nominal charge. Overall, I would surely like to visit again.

Nothing specific, though probably the rooms were a bit colder than expected. However, the flat has a air-conditoner, which can warm up the entire place in about an hour.

Good

We had arrived early and the property was ready so we were able to check in early. It was a great bonus. The property is well located and very central to all. The unit is well appointed and we enjoyed the little touches such as table napkins etc. At night we also had a lovely view of the old town. I would certainly re ommend thiz property.

There was nothing that we did not like about tbe property.
