Best staff ever

The staff is everything!!!! The sweetest and most helpful people! I got sick on my last night and they made me tea :) The breakfast was incredible every day! And different each of the 3 days we were there. The pool was extremely clean and we took advantage of it multiple days/nights. It was a short walk to town and the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room. Also, there’s tiny cracks near the window and doors so a couple of the little lizards got in, which freaked me out but not a huge deal.

Exceptional

Staff was so friendly and helpful. The space was beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed being further from both the road and beach noise. Space was tranquil and relaxing

No fridge in room, but we knew that ahead of time. (Would have been nice to keep water cold.) Also, bathroom is essentially part of the room with "stalls" for shower and toilet. Only a problem at night when one person has to turn on the light to use the toilet at night. But these were minor issues. Overall place was amazing.

Absolutely loved Hotel San Pancho and the staff, 10/10 would recommend!

The ambiance at Hotel San Pancho is second to none, as soon as you walk in, you start to relax! It was so clean and comfortable, the community areas like the seating area, dining area, and pool were all very welcoming. The location is quiet yet convenient to get to town and the beach.

Our room was only cleaned one day, it was no big deal and we didn't say anything to the hotel about it because it didn't matter much to us.

Definitely recommend this welcoming hotel!!

Different breakfast every day which was delicious, hearty and homemade. Staff were so helpful and kind. Beach umbrella and towels available at no charge. Filled my waterbottle and add ice! Atmosphere had a homey vibe!

Only recommendation would be to have a fridge in the room.

When we arrived before check in time the front desk person checked and found out our room was ready so we could check in right away which was really nice! All interactions with the staff there were great and they were all very friendly. We enjoyed the included daily breakfasts but it can be a very busy time so patience is required.

For some reason Booking.com didn’t give the hotel notice we are part of the Genius program and got a discount so the hotel didn’t have the same discount information to charge the correct amount. Just be sure to double check the amount when paying at the hotel so there is no confusion.

Delightful boutique hotel that feels private but is convenient to downtown and the beach

Friendly, helpful staff; secluded location near the action but far enough away to feel private; tasty homemade breakfast; beach umbrellas available to borrow; curious resident iguana; responsive housekeeping; well-maintained pool; excellent air conditioning; no TV in room

Toilet walls and door do not extend to ceiling, so travelers who don't know each other very well may feel self-conscious; some guests might prefer to have an in-room TV; in-room fridge would have been a nice touch

The attention to hospitality and detail at Casa San Pancho could not have been better.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were ample, beautifully presented and promptly served. I especially appreciated the variety of Mexican breakfast offerings.

We would have liked a small seating area in our room. However we were always able to find places to sit and read or write in the common areas.

Charming, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and amazing front staff.

The homemade breakfast here beats any other place I’ve stayed. Especially the touristy resorts. Yuck. This place is like a bed and breakfast with great food, and I loved the eating area. Could sit there for hours and read and write. The room was also comfortable and clean, and the AC worked well. I loved Patricia at the font desk, so helpful and friendly, really went out of her way to show me where nice beaches were.

Since I’m traveling alone they gave me a small room, that didn’t have room for my yoga mat. There were a lot of larger rooms empty and available.
