Gut, aber ohne Strom

Gute Location, grosses, geräumiges Apartment

Weder das Badezimmer noch die beiden Schlafzimmer hatten Strom. Demnach keine Steckdosen brauchbar, kein Licht etc

Old apartment, good hosts, great view and not so good location.

Apartment Jungrau: Big apartment room. Great view. Okay location (600 mtrs from Interlaken West). Very helpful HOST and staff. Host gave city pass which made public transport free.

Unclean, needs a lot of cleaning. Old apartment and amenities. 600 mtrs by walk from Interlaken west, so by walk with luggage is bit much.

Acceptable for the price

Pretty spacious, quite comfortable for a family of four. Close to Interlaken West and many shops.

Check-in/check-out times are the worst I've seen. Property, furniture look old and need better maintenance. No AC. No TV remote.

One of the worse apartment I have ever been. Our whole family not slept properly due to foul smell.

Great location but needs maintenance

Amazing location and the view of Jungfrau and surrounding mountains. Everything is available nearby.

Perfect location, nice room but unreachable staff

Location and the entire room were perfect.

The staff is unreachable. This is the first time I got a hotel/hostel is really difficult to contact by call. Very strange

Good experience with decent costing.

Good location. 5 minutes walk from Interlaken west train station. Good connectivity by bus network. Clean stay.

Beds are little uncomfortable. Washroom is outside the main room.

Host allowed us to leave luggage in the hotel. The hotel was close to the train station and a local grocery store. Cheapest accommodation I can find in Interlaken that is easily accessible.

Cleanliness can be improved. The room was not well lit (one of the bed side lights were not functioning). Water heating in the public toilet was not hot enough

Worth for money with many facility for cooking

Location is nearby train and bus station. All facility are ready for cooking. Big room with big TV and Netflix.

Room is quite old but for me is good enough. Heater is not working well. No lift

DO NOT RECOMMEND

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! The Host was nowhere to be found the whole 3 nights that we stayed. There were no towels and no one to get towels from, luckily we found one of the cleaning ladies on the second day and she helped us. I dont know how the other rooms are but the Apartment Eiger was TERRIBLE. Bed bugs, mouldy bathroom and room. No TV Remote and walls are paper thin. Hopefully this reaches the other travelers as well. Don't be fooled by the pretty frontal looks of the place. So poorly run. Save yourself from this place.

Management was never present, there was a couple who lost their key card and the manager was not even on the premises, again the cleaning ladies were managing the property for this guy. Very uncleanly and grimy.
