Un apartamento perfecto para descansar en Sao Miguel

Apartamento con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días inolvidables en Sao Miguel. El parking privado es todo un lujo!

Apartamento amplio pero con mucho olor a humedad.

El apartamento es realmente amplio y a simple vista parece acogedor. Tiene parking privado que es muy cómodo. La cocina está bien equipada con utensilios, electrodomésticos y material necesario para poder cocinar. Hay lavadora y tendedero y es fácil de utilizar. El apartamento se encuentra cerca de la ciudad y del centro y tiene supermercado cerca.

Tan solo entrar al apartamento, pudimos notar un olor a humedad por todas las habitaciones. Abrimos ventanas y si no pasaba el aire, era bastante desagradable el olor. Como no dispone de aire acondicionado, es difícil sentirse fresco y esa humedad persistió todos los días dentro del apartamento. Al ser un bajo, hay que tener las mosquiteras siempre en las ventanas porque si no entran cucarachas. Nosotras nos encontramos una en el comedor y una en el baño. La verdad es que el apartamento tiene enchufes anti bichos y al momento se mueren, pero es desagradable encontrartelos muertos por casa o incluso en la entrada del edificio. La cama doble de la habitación estaba muy hundida y era incómodo poder dormir. El baño tiene un plato de ducha pero la silicona del alrededor estaba desgastada y el agua se filtraba mojando todo el suelo.

Apartamento muy cómodo, bien ubicado y con el privilegio de aparcamiento propio.

Hicimos un viaje en pareja y nos encontramos con este apartamento que nos ofreció todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia de cinco días. En Ponta Delgada es imprescindible alquilar coche, así que contar con aparcamiento propio fue excelente. En 5 minutos estábamos en los lugares más importantes para conocer el centro de la ciudad y de fácil acceso a las carreteras para ir a todos los puntos de la isla. El apartamento está muy limpio, camas cómodas, cocina impecable y sala de estar muy confortable. Sara atendió todas nuestras consultas de manera rápida.Muy recomendado.

Big and spacious apartment! Confortable bed and everything you need for living(washing machine, dishwasher, iron, hair dryer), big bathroom, parking. The easiest check-in and check-out! Supermaket Continente in 2 min by car.

Good location and parking, but cold and humid.

The apartment is very spacious. The covered parking is very handy.

The apartment had a weird smell and felt very wet. Seems like it was not properly dried after a recent flooding. We visited in June, but it still felt a bit cold in the apartment. A heater helped to some extent.

Perfect

Everything! Beautiful and well equipped accommodation with everything you could want. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Host was friendly, very helpful and informative. After travelling seven months around three continents, this was our favourite accomodation!

As with the rest of the island, a car is pretty much essential, although a large supermarket is only ten mins walk and the town, forty.

Exceptional

The apartment was very nice, lot of space. Communication with Sara was easy, every important information we got. Location is great, near to everything (with car). Property has also reserved parking space, which is amazing. Also watching machine, dishwasher and whole kitchen. Really nice place to stay if you want to try an independent Azores life for a while. We loved it!

No view from windows. (but it wasn't necessary, because you go out everyday to enjoy the views of Azores)

well-managed appartment with everything you need

From the appartment you can reach the city center of Ponta Delgada by a half-an-hour walk. There's a private parking spot in the courtyard behind an automated gate, so you don't have to search for a space in the street nor worry about your car. The appartment was very spacious, really clean and above all insect proof for our whole stay, which - having an experience with two different accomodations in Ponta Delgada - is not always the case. There is pretty much everything you might need for cooking, there's a big fridge, a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's also a comfy couch in the living room, a large bedroom and a big nice bathroom. The communication with the host and the check-in was very easy. There were help cards with all important information for the guests. The owner was always willing to help and for example when there was a minor problem with the washing machine, she immediately took an action and the very next day someone came to repair it, so you can always count on having someone to deal with any troubles. Right behind the corner there's a Santo António pineapple plantation, where you can get a free tour and buy some delicious stuff like their pineapples or pineapple Kima soda.

The appartment is at the ground floor with windows facing the entrance to the parking courtyard, so sometimes you have people passing by next to the windows.
