We had a great time while we were there.

It was in the city close to everything. And the view from the 11th floor was incredible.

The bed was not comfortable. The master bedroom bathroom didn't have a door. There was only 3 detergent pods for us to wash clothes.

Excellent location, easy communication with the owners, excellent amenities, lots of space, safe

You do need to pay for parking during the day but free street parking from 7pm-8am each day and all day Sunday.

Great view apartment in center of the town

Lots of space, fully stocked kitchen items and utensils, and great views of the marina. Having a grocery store and a couple of restaurants just outside the building was also convenient. Check in was easy.

A little warn, but no big deal, and very clean. A operating manual for the washing machine would be helpful since the machines are so different than North America.

Superb

We had no power for an evening and over night so we couldn’t have the fans running for fresh air. It was very hot. Otherwise our stay was amazing!

Great amenities for the kitchen, bathrooms, and even beach supplies. We loved spending time on the terrace. It was convenient to have a supermarket downstairs and the location to sights, shops, and restaurants was excellent. Very spacious apartment, nice to have two bathrooms for our group. Would definitely stay here again!

There was miscommunication between the property manager and our group. It was resolved but one of our party of three waited a long time to retrieve the key. That was really the only issue we had here.

Great harbour view in the centre of town

The apartment has it all - it is huge with three bedrooms. It is fully equipped for a long or short stay. The view over the harbour is fantastic. There is a shopping mall downstairs in the building, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants all around.

When we came, it was very cold. The next day, the host brought portable heaters. Underground parking is very confusing. Try to remember exactly how you got from the parking lot to the entrance. Only public paid parking is available.

Exceptional

The apartment is very well located in the centre of Ponta Delgada. It offers very nice view of the port and historical part of the city as well. Apartment itself is is very nice and clean. The kitchen is well eqiupted and you can find almost everything you may need during your stay. All bedrooms have comfortable double beds with soft mattress. There are also 2 bathrooms. One is located in the master bedroom and the second one is shared. You can also find there ironing board, an iron, washing machine, dryer etc. We felt like we were at home. Check-in procedure was very quick and well organized. There is also parking possibility in the garage under the buiding (extra charged).
