Beautiful landscape, extra attention to detail and a lovely host

We had a wonderful stay. The host went above and beyond! There were a lot of extra details that arent the norm but were greatly appreciated, the place was spotless, facilities were quality and well maintained, and the outside area and landscaping really topped it off. Hopefully we can make it back there on our next visit.

Exceptional

Beautiful quiet location, we loved being in the bush rather than in town. Hosts were very friendly. The room was very comfortable, would happily stay again.

The parts that we didn't like we knew in advance of booking (ie, not being in walking distance of town), we were happy with the compromise for us.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay in lovely surroundings.

There were good supplies of coffee and different teas. Cereals and milk were also supplied.

The location, whilst set in pleasant bush surroundings, was a little further out of town than we would have liked. We would have preferred to be able to walk in to town.

comfy and clean

amazing spot. super clean & fresh. everything you need inside and outside. loved that I could pick some of the cherry tomatoes to put in my salad. friendly host good communicator. great size kitchen. coffee options. good quality doors, windows. door handles, window winds & locks are frictionless

bathroom a bit small & couldn’t hang towels to dry well.

Would definitely stay again, longer, relax outdoors with book n nibbles, & use fireplace.

Beautiful bush location close to town shops and nearby walks. Happy welcoming dog and very helpful owners!

Would have liked to have had a clothes hanging facility for evening clothes.

A wonderful, relaxing stay in a quiet and pretty location.

Such a lovely, quiet spot. Beautifully maintained by the friendly owners. Great communication. Very relaxing. Everything you need plus a few thoughtful extras. Very highly recommended.

Stunning environment and total relaxation!

This place was beautiful for a nice relaxing getaway, we especially loved the views out the windows in the morning, using the outdoor space for a bbq and sitting around the fire. We made good use of the pool table for a fun activity whilst it was raining. The amenities were great with a small kitchen which had everything we needed to cook indoors or outdoors.

The couch was a little small and uncomfortable for curling up on but wasn't a deal breaker.

just what we wanted and could have hoped for

perfect setting, nice and peaceful. loads of extras in the property you don’t get elsewhere. the owners are friendly and inviting. then there is Shea who comes and checks your ok from time to time which is phenomenal. easy to get to load of locations from the property

Loved Bundjil Studio

A lovely property close to Healsville and in the bush. Lianne was an amazing host and nothing was too much trouble. A spacious room with all the mod cons. Big fridge,microwave,dishwasher,lots of utensils and air con for heating and cooling.The outside area looked inviting but it rained and we couldn’t sit out there. Very comfy bed and a lovely shower with good pressure. Extremely clean which suited asthmatic hubby. We stayed 2 nights and will return when time permits. It was lovely and dark at nite and very private. Thank you Lianne

We loved our time at Bundjil Studio. Too many good things to list: Impeccably clean (cleanest accommodation we've ever stayed at!) amazing fully functional kitchen, comfy bed, chrome cast, coffee/tea, jams, cereal and milk provided, pool table in the next room which was alot of fun! Lots of things to do in the area and awesome restaurants/cafes nearby - Healesville Sanctuary and a beautiful reserve with a lake which was perfect for walking our dog and taking in the scenery! The owners are really kind and great to chat to, you can tell they are super passionate about the area and hosting. Also, their dog Shea is gorgeous and friendly! Highly recomend Bundjil studio to anyone visiting Healesville for a short trip :)

We loved our stay at Bundjil - it exceeded our expectations of a sanctuary needed for several days!

We loved the setting (especially its quietness), well-equipped kitchen and large fridge, super comfy bed (and great pillows), beautiful outdoor area looking out to the forest, the friendly resident dog Shea, the obvious care taken by the owners with the property, and the owner's brilliant communication during two years of on-again, off-again booking (due to Covid).

The only downside: the couch, although a good size for two people, just wasn't very comfy when we needed to relax after several busy family gatherings.

Luxurious, safe and cared about.

The location was in a quiet area surrounded by Australian country. I liked that there was cold water and milk in the full sized fridge. There was an impressive selection of coffee and teas to choose. The shower and water pressure was good.

The door into the shower was a little tight, maybe I need to lose a bit of weight! The luxurious towels and soaps made me feel happy and the door was really a minor thought.

Lovely bush place to stay

Everything is in good condition, clean & comfortable. The resident dog is very friendly. A bit excited at first arrival but quiet after that. The dog will look in on you from time to time and is an asset to the property. Even though we didn't use these, due to health reasons, commercial breakfast cereals, milk and coffee are provided, it was there. Chocolates were also supplied on arrival which we could not resist. It's in a bush setting. Nobody else can be seen and the owners keep to themselves. Outside fire pit with wood provided. Excellent location from which to launch a drive over the magnificent "Black Spur".

Can't think of anything negative. This is a bit trivial, you'll need to bring your own eggs.
