Value for money for all inclusive option

They upgraded to suite rooms which were very spacious and luxurious...buffet spread was great....value for money for the all inclusive option....

It's not sea facing and no access to sea as mentioned....the hotel said that they had mailed to booking.com but it's not updated....beach is 2 kms away....one of the reason for booking was the access to the sea which was a big disappointment...almost lost my luggage, and one of thehandle of the suitcase was broken by the person carrying it.....hotel did not pay any heed to that....

Preis Leistung ist sehr gut wenn man nicht sehr hohe Ansprüche hat.

Insgesamt war alles ok, nettes Personal, kinderfreundliche Poollandschaft, vielfältiges Essen.

Liegen werden früh morgens mit Handtüchern mehrfach belegt und niemand tut etwas dagegen. Wer Strand sucht ist hier nicht ganz richtig, weit weg und auch nicht wirklich schön.

Great value for money

We stayed at the suites, it was all inclusive and its pretty hard for me to get tasty food as a vegetarian but the menu had loads of options, the kids and I enjoyed the wide variety of deserts too.

The 3rd bed was a sofa bed which was not comfortable for my son.

Gutes Hotel- zentrumsnah

Die Zimmer waren stets sauber. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Kinder-Pool und Rutschen waren außerhalb des Hotels. Zudem war der Strandabschnitt ebenfalls außerhalb und mit einem vollgestopften Dolmus-Bus zu erreichen.

A wonderful gastronomic holiday

Good place to spend nice time with your family and do not care about something. We toot all-inclusive. Quality of food was excellent – everything was delicious and different from dinner to dinner. Staff was perfect from all perspectives – very friendly and professional.

One minus is separated beach (located 10-15 min by driving). To get to this beach hotel offer free of charge bus transfer, but timing is not that nice just one per hour and last one from beach at 17-00 (it was very unfortunate for us because it is exactly time we like to spend on the beach without too hut sun activity - it would be better for us and our small son)

Hotel je zaista više nego dobar,hrana raznovrsna i ukusna i uvek ima svega,barovi na bazenima i plaži uslužni,higijena odlična osoblje izuzetno uslužni i ljubazno i veoma su mi pomogli kada sam imao kvar na kolima.izuzetan odnos cene i kvaliteta za ovaj novac zaista maksimalna usluga.

jedina mama je daljina plaže i možda bi trebalo uvesti još polazaka i povrataka sa plaže i posle 17h.

Sauberkeit, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, Essen war super!

Zimmer war nicht so luxuriös wie man es von einem 5 sterne hotel erwartet.

Aceptable

La piscina está muy bien, así como el all inclusive, ya que se puede disfrutar de comida y bebidas durante todo el día.

Existe un transporte a una playa cercana, pero la playa no es bonita, existen mejores playas por la zona. La limpieza no fue buena, dejaron el sofá cama abierto y al cerrarlo encontramos un montón de suciedad, esos detalles deben cuidarse.

Good value for slightly older kids 5+ but not so much with toddlwrs

Food was good but not too many options for little kids. Aquapark was great for the kids

The room wasn’t clean enough and needed repairs. The tiles and grout in the bathroom clearly needs steam cleaning. There was some paint or dirt residue on the floor. The towel hanger fell off the wall.

Great stuff, nice location, good value for vacation with children.

Great staff, very helpful and welcoming. Nice pool and water slides, especially for children. Very beautiful beach.

A bit too crowded due to high season, almost no free places around the pool. Only 2 elevators with issues sometimes, for higher floors caused a bit discomfort.

I stayed here for 10days with my husband and daughter 5years old Entertainment was fantastic my daughter cried 5hours after we left Ellis begim and momo caren brilliant pool party and kids play area was amazing I would 💯 recommend this hotel thank you guys much love ❤️

The shop next to the hotel is terrible the guy with white hair has a terrible attitude he charged me 15euro for 10 pack of smokes on my 1st and 2nd day as he told me they are same price only to they are 1.30 in city center lots of bad complaints during my about he charged 30e for a floty and refused to blow it for the 4yrar old do not shop here

Massive selection of food and snacks. Big clean swimming pools. Friendly and helpful staff. Big rooms. Excellent Wi-Fi.

It’s so busy that it’s very difficult to get a sun lounger next to the pool.

Good resort especially for the kids aqua park very good. Room very comfortable and big enough withe great air conditioning system.

Food very average and in the breakfast they don't serve hot drinks like late or cappuccino just tea or filter coffee. The towel desk close 2 pm .

Enjoyed it with family!

Definitely liked options for the food. Especially deserts for lunch🫶 not next to seaside but shuttle to beach was convenient. Room was pretty clean and spacious. Staff was kind and helpful.

We were 3 people accommodating. For the 3rd person, we had a couch in the room. They tried to make it comfier with an extra thin duvet but still would prefer a single bed or a better quality couch. Taste of the soft drinks from the machine could be better. Maybe it is because of the brands they used. Height of the Pool was 1.4m everywhere. Different height levels would be great.
