Séjour agréable à refaire Merci

J'ai adoré l'équipement, le lit et le confort. J'ai été bien reçu par une hôtesse agréable et souriante qui a répondu à toutes mes attentes. Elle m'a conseillé sur la ville et les lieux de sortie pour danser. Merci à elle !

Je n'ai pas été bien reçu par une autre hôtesse qui a été désagréable avec moi. Heureusement que l'autre hôtesse a pris le relai pour m'orienter et répondre à mes questions.

Tout était super ! Le petit déjeuner est parfait, rien ne manque. La chambre est très belle avec un style très épuré, on se sent très à l’aise. La vue sur la mer permet vraiment de se dépayser le temps de son séjour.

Les fenêtres ne s’ouvrent pas ça peut être oppressant. La vue sur la mer j’ai vu mieux … Pour une chambre double pour 2 adultes, il y avait seulement 2 cotons tiges.

Sympathique, calme, confortable.

La chambre était très propre et confortable. Le service de chambre était aussi efficace. La literie au top.

On aurait préféré avoir plus d'équipements dans la chambre, surtout pour un hôtel de ce standing. Par exemple, plus de dosettes de café ou un service autre qu'en carton.

Grande chambre, très bonne literie, vue mer. La salle de sport. Le personnel charmant.

Dommage de ne pouvoir ouvrir ou ne serait-ce qu’entrouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer.

ne correspond pas à l'image qu'on se fait d'un 4 étoiles

la taille de la chambre,

chambre 701 les "à 4 cm de poussière qui tombait du plafond devant la salle de bain, lavabo bouché à notre arrivée, petit déjeuner complet mais de qualité médiocre (jambon pas bon, viennoiserie surgelée, etc) et pas rechargé une demie heure avant la fermeture.. une piscine "alibi" minuscule et un salon extérieur donnant à hauteur sur la sortie passerelle de l'arrivée de l'autoroute..

Petit déjeuner produit classique du congélateur, Poubelle pleine dans la chambre pendant 48h, pad de shampooing dans la chambre, pas de Nespresso dans la chambre, Une seul carte dans la chambre, diner décevant deux soirs.

7/10 - the location were great, it’s a good hotel for these money but the receptionists should work on their hospita

The room was spacious and clean. We had a room with the sea view (it is worth paying a little bit more) and we like it a lot! The bed is quite big and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and bright.

The stuff working on the reception was rude, they barely speak English and we’re not able to answer my questions about the deposit, they just wanted my money without giving me any conditions regarding the deposit return.

The Place to Stay in Marseille

Great facilities and friendly staff in reception Lovely room and very clean Lovely view of the port out of the room window Decent breakfast and available for a long time Great bar and lovely looking food options Soaps available in the lobby is a great extra and absolutely loved all the eco friendly touches.

Slightly further out than it sells from the middle of Marseille, but a beautiful walk into town and bars and restaurants are plentiful in the local area. Slightly expensive for what a normal room would give you, but not surprising as in the city and during the RWC prices have gone up.

Surprisingly super satified!

We liked that the room was large, light with far but lovely sea view, comfortable beds. We enjoyed the breakfast included fresh juices and eggs. The staff was extraordinary-- at reception check-in, and out, bar and breakfast. We liked the light and cheerful lobby. The hotel is neither on the port nor in the city center, I was worried the hotel was too far out but but it is definitely close enough. It is fun to walk through the docks and/or catch the tram. There is subway and relatively short taxi ride. We thought the value for money was great.

Make sure enough tea for two in room. I really can't think of anything else.

Room was excellent very clean and luxurious. The bed is enormous and the bathroom lovely

The pool is quite small and very shallow, it looked bigger in the photos but was still nice to have the use of it.

Very good

A good quality and moderately priced hotel a bit outside Marseille city centre. My room was large, well equipped and clean. Fitness room, pool and an outside terrace available. Good breakfast.
