All good

Beautifully presented self contained room with on suite bathroom. Alpacas & Turkeys in the garden were lovely and they made very little noise at all. Plenty of milk in the fridge for tea, coffee and cereal.
I can't provide anything as I was very impressed all round.

We sliepen hier 1 nachtje. Het was een mooie rustige plek met een prachtig uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Ook het bed en de badkamer was netjes. We konden heerlijk buiten zitten. In- en uitchecken was relaxt, ging op eigen gelegenheid.
Het ontbijt was niet helemaal ons ding (2 broodjes per persoon plus wat jam etc). Wij hebben zelf iets opgehaald.

Basically the only partially good thing was the novelty of having Llamas in the garden.
We stayed in a room in the main house. There's nothing good I can say about this place. Only two plug sockets. Curtains hanging off the rail. Window and frame dirty as was the appearance of the whole place. As mentioned in other reviews, the road sign for the property is too small and very easy to miss. CertInly not worth the money.

Great location, close to Hobbiton and Waitomo glow worm caves. So fun to feed the alpacas and cow and watch them as i ate breakfast on the deck outside. Very clean and comfy room. Owner met me at arrival and was very nice.
Nothing. It was perfect for me!

Relaxing time. The farm animals outside.

Comfortable, compact, friendly, animals roaming, breakfast adequate, good parking. Couldn't have been better
Nothing. It was all great. Even opening and closing the gate. It is a farm after all.

It was a nice quiet and relaxing evening for me. The venue is perfect. The Llamas were too cute. The Bed was nice and Breakfast was great. Room was well furnished and clean.

Just a dingy bedroom in someone's house. Uncomfortable bed. Not what we expected.
4.5
Clean, great shower, llamas slept outside or back door.
The entrance sign from the road is a bit small and hard to see when cruising at 100kph.

Excellent facilities. Handy to Cambridge. A real country escape… from being met by a cow, sheep, alpacas. Warmly welcomed by owner. Excellent facilities. Listening to birdsong and being entertained by alpacas in this oasis.

Quiet and very comfortable apartment overlooking garden with orchard trees and grazing lamas. Surrounding have a real farm vibe. Owner gave us a little tour of the orchard and animals

The alpacas roaming around the yard
The breakfast
The sign for the airbnb and the driveway were hard to see from the motorway

Breakfast basic/adequate ~ Accommodation located on a Main Highway required care in entering property/crossing over road when approaching from the South and ditto in the absence of an illuminated sign problematic in locating in the evening driving from Cambridge after dark...
The quality of the accommodation was not overstated; No Complaints from this writer...
2.5
That it was close to Hobbiton.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and the view from the room was beautiful but the grounds were poorly maintained and really detracted from the experience. And the turn off to the property is off the highway and very difficult to anticipate especially after dark.

Quite setting
Smelt of smokers in rooms

clean and tidy
off the road
nice accommodation
will recommend to others
Just a bit hard to find if not familiar with the area and Google didn't help (sometimes send you all over the place)

Nothing picture were not true
That we thought we were staying in a unit /cabin like the pictures showed but no we got a room in a homestead with other ppl it was like backpackers style if we wanted backpackers we would had gone to a Hostel type of accommodation so ppl be aware

Cereal and toast, pretty much what to expect from a B & B. Added our own cheese and yoghurt.
It wasn't super clean, but since it's a farm I suppose it's fine.
2.0
It was adequate, 3 cereals, bread to toast, milk, yoghurt, Earl Grey mixed with English Breakfast. ( I dislike Earl Grey)
Bed was comfortable and clean linen. I always take my own pillow wherever I go in NZ
Clearly some building going on, materials right in front where you park, so tight with 2 vehicles. Turkey poop on concrete leading to unit, Couch smelt stale, needed a shampoo, shower was not clean in the corners or joins, had black Mould and on the aluminum window surround in bathroom, not hard to clean. Outdoor furniture was definitely needing a clean. Paddocks with animals in were littered with plastic film from hay, 2 dead cars and other rubbish and Ink weeds bigger than I have ever seen ( I do live on land). In general the grounds were far from tidy. Don't have to be parklike, trust me they are not.
3.5
The accommodation was not as shown on the info site. But, was seperate from the house and was ideal. It is very handy to the Waikato expressway, just outside the gate, a good place to stay if traveling North.

Adequate amount but cleanliness put us off
Cleanliness very poor. Property very scruffy and covered in animal excrement

Alpacas are great, the roaming turkeys were funny too. Great view of the hills. Breakfast was nice
The noice from the road is loud at times
3.0
The view from our back door was amazing farmland. There were llamas, rabbits and turkeys right outside the door which was a definite highlight. The room has a great air-conditioning unit and the bed was comfy.
There was hair left in the soap dish in the shower. My sister had a 3 minute shower and both times when it came to the second shower, the water was cold. No sink in the kitchen area. The windows were dirty. The breakfast was satchets of honey and strawberry jam with margarine in a plastic container, bread in a tupperware container and milk for coffee/tea. Not really what I expected. However, this was the first BnB I've stayed at, so not really sure what the expectation should be. Coming off the main road outside going 110km/hr is a tricky swerve. Parking isn't easy if there are other cars up the driveway. Face-cloths weren't replaced - new ones received, old ones not taken.

Overall we are happy about our stay. The staff is nice and friendly.
Kitchen area needed to have a thorough clean.

We loved EVERYTHING from the moment we walked in! The decor is beautiful from the amazing pictures on the wall to the quality furniture. We booked the junior suite & there were alpacas & sheep everywhere & a lovely view of the mountains from our room. They even had breakfast for us in the morning ready. A hidden gem we were lucky to find! A very accommodating host too.
Nothing!

Super clean comfortable room with alpacas sitting outside in the morning. Very peaceful.
It was all good
