The host was helpful, many rooms to cater for our family.

The facility is very basic, the property needs maintenance, one room door lock is broken , some fused bulbs, broken blinds, bathroom drainage hole has no cover, cockroaches were able to climb through the open hole. Kitchen utensils not enough for the number of guests allowed to occupy the property. For the money we paid, we would expect a property of better condition.

Cleanliness is not up to standards. Not worth the cost.

The location is near town which is a good thing. It has a number of food and recreational shops nearby which can be suitable for those staying in the room. The area also seems very quiet and it can be quite relaxing. All the rooms has its own bathroom and there are ample beds.

Everything else regarding the facilities is just terrible. Cleanliness is not up to regular standards. There is dust everywhere and the cleaners show no dedication to their work. If you open the kitchen cabinets, you can see all sorts of dirt, plates are yellow, the microwave smells horrible (did no one ever thought of opening it to clean it with proper cleaning chemicals?). I had to mop the floor and staircase by hand because of the dust. You charge us a cleaning fee but your cleaning is not even up to basic standards. Many surfaces have dust collected. A lot of bugs on the ceiling which is not cleaned out. I will never come back nor will I ever recommend your facility to anyone. If I had booked 4 rooms at a 4 star hotel, the cost is equivalent to what I pay for this property.

Good stay if the management can put in more efforts in maintaining the whole place. it

The size n the number of rooms that can accommodate 14 pax. The location of the house. The fact that there’s small eateries around the area making it convenient for breakfast.

Poorly maintained interior. Drainage hole covers missing n not replaced resulting in weird smell in the bathroom n kitchen. One of the mattress on the 2nd floor is spoiled resulting in poor sleep n body aches. Utensils r very stained. Water dispenser refill cap is broken thus unsure if water is drinkable from the refill bottle. All the bathrooms r poorly maintained though they r clean. One of the toilet cannot even flushed as there were no water in the cistern tank but the management did sent someone over to rectify but I was already out so I told them to leave it as it is as I cannot accommodate their timing. Neighbours played with fire crackers every night over the Christmas weekend n I suspect it will be a common occurrence as New Year n CNY is just round the corner.

We are 12 people group, there are 7 rooms in the 3 storey house and each has their own toilet, this is surprise me. You can go to tourist attraction within 10mins if you have your own vehicle. We stay at the house under rainforest theme, design quite cozy. But the sofa in the living room not really comfortable, that's why you can't sit and chat at the living area long. Neighbourhood is quiet, you feel safe to stay there, just dog barking when there are heavy raining.

Lack of floor mats, it could be slippery and dangerous and feel not clean when comes out from toilet. There are leaking problems, especially kitchen. Some kitchen facilities needs to have maintenance, other than that, all is good.

The house is very near to all attractions places good spot.

Room was very spacious. Each room had its own washroom.

The beds in the master room need to be changed. Can feel the mattress spring and the bedframe is broken. Bed sheets were not clean it had many stains. Made me feel uncomfortable. Toilet bowl need to be cleaned properly.

The landing at the middle of the stair case is in 2 triangle steps and in black Color.This pose a big risk to the guests especially when the lighting is less. Can easily solve this by sticking a light coloured sticker at the separation. Hope the owners would do the needful

it’s literally in the town area, the place is quiet and peaceful it’s not near the bz road. Love the location. The house is great and spacious.

I got say the interiors and the living room. It’s more like a showroom not family friendly., not comfortable/ suitable to lepak/ chilled. Cleanliness need to be improved. TV not working, did asked the staff but no one came or respond on my inquiries.
