整体满意。

地理位置很好，鸡场街就在旁边，夜市很方便。房间也很大，空调很大，很舒服，早餐也不错。

洗漱用品需要自己和前台拿，另外洗澡拖鞋没有有点不方便。其他都好。

The location is so strategic if you plan to walk around the jonker walk / city center. The breakfast are good and sedap despite not many choice. The unit, toilet superb CLEAN!

Should put mirror at the upper floor of the unit. One of the curtain in my room are spoiled (small matter). The staircase a bit stiff, not suitable with old people & small kids (need more attention to them). Need to order drinks during breakfast, will prefer if we can just have it on the counter.

Exceptional

The hotel is very well located in the historic center of Malacca. Thé room was very clean, beds are very comfortable and clim is ok. All the personal is very nice and helpful. They help us Booking a taxi because we had an issue with the grab and it was very helpful ! If we have the chance to come back ro Malacca, we will go in this hotel

A marvellous homestay

All People are lovely, they taking care about us. Thé room was clean and really confortable. I recommend this charming hotel. The breakfast is also delicious, all of that for à good price.

pleasant stay with family 👍🏻

very near Jonker walk. And accessible to other parts nearby. staff was friendly and helpful. room was comfy. I took the family suite with upstairs. take note there is no elevator. also breakfast and check-in is at Heeren palm suite (just across from the straits hotel)

hard to find parking but thankfully I got a hotel parking (at Heeren Palm Suite) the hard boiled egg during breakfast isn’t entirely hard.

The lovely friendly staff and the heritage style of the well located hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and went to considerable efforts to forward a make up bag that I had inadvertently left in a drawer.

when visiting Melaka, stay at Heeran straits or the palm suites.

We were actually upgraded to the Heeran Palm suites , the sister hotel just across the road due to low occupancy at the straits. heritage hotel refurbished to an excellent standard. Location great. Love our bathroom!

could do with more choice of fruit at breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and quiet

1st room smelled. Requested for a change, happy they granted our wish. Will return to this hotel anytime.

Location was ideal. Place was indeed quiet. Staff was friendly.

Heater was not ideal, no hot water. Carparking was not ideal, directions was not clear, location was at the other hotel.

Great place to stay in Melaka!

The Deluxe room was wonderful, comfortable, large, neat, clean, quiet, well equipped. The service was pleasant, accommodating, helpful. The location was great, near Jonker Street, major tourist attractions. Parking is free, if available.

If you're disabled, it would be tough to climb up 2 floors with your luggage. Property could arrange for street parking coupons to make the stay easier if parking is not available on the premises

We arrived at the property only to find the front door locked. A cleaning staff saw us and told us check in is not done

Clean. Beds were comfortable.

Villa 8M is not a villa within the hotel compound. It is a two-storey terrace house in a housing area over 100m walk behind the hotel. It feels like a homestay. Not worth the nightly rate.

it is located at a very convenient location just a few minutes walk to joker street. The room is very spacious with good breakfast provided.
