Lovely family friendly hotel.

The staff and the old building. The rooms in the original building were wonderfully unique and comfortable. The staff were really lovely and friendly and a big shout out to Ajay who looked after a table of us (11 including kids) at dinner time and he was very patient and attentive.

We also rented one of the newer apartments and it was fine but the smell of petrol in the entrance and up the stairs was very strong. There was no smell in the actual apartment. The coffee for the morning residents wasn’t great but everything else was delicious.

Clean hotel, great location, friendly staff, careful of room choice & noise at back of the hotel.

Handy for our trip visiting friends. Staff very friendly and helpful. Husband breakfast the Walsh Ulster fry was very good.

The room 108 was at the back and the noise from the extractor fan was very loud. Hotel did not seem busy so why we were put in the room was disappointing. Returned at 1115pm and bar closed on a Friday night. Poached egg breakfast, eggs were hard.

Amazing !

The staff were amazing and helped us tremendously. Everyone was so nice and went above and beyond for us ! I would recommend this hotel to anyone !

Loud music and no soundproofing

The room was nice Breakfast was ok

There was a band playing loud music and afterwards a dj playing till the early hours so we couldn't sleep. Wouldn't recommend room 101

parking was limited good food staff pleasant

plenty of room in bedroom separate sitting room was nice to have. Breakfast on second day was different from first different staff girls on Sunday were very good at there job pleasant and were happy to engage with us

woken on Saturday 7:45 banging on windows on first floor windows getting washed could have been a little bit later. Boy racer driving in there modified supped up cars reviving up when at lights more that once

lovely staff, great location

it was quirky a mix of old and new

windows barely opened and heating was on most of the night, I found the room stuffy. I need fresh air whilst I sleep

Overall our stay was very enjoyable.

Breakfast was very good. We also had an evening meal, which was very good. The staff were excellent.

Unfortunately there was a Night Club on downstairs on one of the nights.

Avoidable issues if better communication with us.

Staff did try to make right the initial after confronted about it.

Room was double booked. Not made aware of this prior to arrival or upon arrival. Only made aware after going down to the front desk after seeing the room. Prosecco and strawberries in room as an apology however we don't drink... offered a meal instead which was appreciated. There would have been no issue if we had been made aware prior to or upon arrival of our room being double booked.

LOVELY, CLEAN, FRIENDLY HOTEL. WILL STAY AGAIN, FOR SURE.

The breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond.

The Rain shower head in my room (101) was damaged resulting in water spraying everywhere but down. It had a secondary shower head which was fine and what I would've used in either case. Forgot to mention it when I left.

Worst hotel I have stayed in.

The carpet

It was freezing cold. There was no hot water for a shower or even to wash your face. There was no one at reception at any point. The room phone didn't work and the night club joined to the hotel was so loud that you could not sleep.

I stayed there 2 nights, one evening I brought in a party of eight to the restaurant, every meal was excellent and the staff done a fantastic job 👌

Couldn't get into hotel at 22.55pm on a friday night . But that is the only moan
