Beautiful work in restoring the original Harland & Wolff HQ into a hotel and museum. The tour by the Concierge is a must do when staying, incredible history, beautiful building, comfortable rooms and a really nice atmosphere. Food was excellent too, look forward to staying again.
Nothing, would highly recommend!

The concierge is fabulous! Location to museum wonderful and hotel history interesting. Took a black cab ride history of troubles. So worth it
Beds uncomfortable, room small, lower floor exposed.
Restaurants understaffed and food quality poor. This is only option for food in area unless you eat at museum. Overcooked.. breakfast lunch and dinner. Cold coffee and forgotten orders.

Beautiful location.
Check in was not a great experience. We arrived at 2pm as a large party and our room was not ready until 3.35pm. We were told we could try and get a drink from the bar whilst waiting. No offer of a complimentary drink. Sunday breakfast was very disappointing. Some technical issue meant that it was only a buffet breakfast. Items usually available were missing, the scam led eggs were like water. For an establishment such as this I had really high expectations.
4.3
Absolutely beautiful hotel, food, drinks and rooms. Staff were exceptional. Beds are super comfortable and rooms are stunning. Breakfast in the room was amazing. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Location for the Titanic Experience. The bar in the old drawing offices. The corridor ship decor. The comfortable bedrooms.
The Wolff Grill served excellent food but the room lacked character - big opportunity missed by not giving it a ‘titanic’ make over eg fitted out as one of the dining rooms on the Titanic or just the introduction of white star branded crockery and cutlery would have added to our Titanic experience.

We could not have been happier with our stay. The place is amazing, especially if you love history. The staff was so attentive and friendly. If a hotel could exceed perfect, they certainly did.
Having to leave.
4.3
Extremely noisy room. During the night there seem to be races with tuned cars in the street directly at the hotel. Bathroom with no shelfs to put things.
For a one-night stay just acceptable. Unfortunately they will expect that.

It was a beautiful building . Nicely restored. Great location .
We had an isolated complaint with one member of staff but it didn't reflect on the rest as everyone else was nice and helpful. And the issue was resolved

We like everything! We were due to return to Scotland but the ferry was cancelled. Thanks to the excellent waitress Nicole she managed to get us a table for Afternoon Tea whilst we decided what to do. Online this hotel was fully booked. The afternoon tea was really excellent with such excellent service. I checked with reception and they just had a cancellation at £299. I sat down, checked Booking.com and hey presto the same room including breakfast at £201! How do you do it? Room 232 proved absolutely excellent. It is a corner room with views over the historic harbour and Titanic Exhibition. Beautifully presented room in every conceivable way. In the evening we enjoyed the picturesque bar and then into the Wolff Grill for breakfast in the morning. The hotel is steeped in history and, quite honestly, we did not spend long enough there to enjoy it.
If the ferries had been delayed further then we would have had the benefit of longer at this excellent hotel in a location that simply and utterly cannot be bettered.
4.3
The hotel decoration is quite unique, retro and luxurious
The same picture is used for different room types on booking.com, which is inconsistent with the room I finally booked. The executive room I actually booked has a small window, no view outside the window, cramped space, and no bathtub as expected. After communicating with the front desk, the problem was not resolved. I felt that the product was not what I pictured. The executive room I specifically booked was no different from the most ordinary room type.

The hotel is steeped in history, with fascinating rooms, fantastic architecture, and artefacts. The bar was a wonderful place to sit and relax, with various cocktails. Plus, the bar menu was comprehensive for a light bite. The main restaurants also delivered in terms of menu, and the food quality was excellent. All the staff in these areas were welcoming and attentive. The rooms were a good size and well-appointed. The bed is comfortable and assures a good night's sleep.
As mentioned in the positives, the staff, in general, were welcoming and attentive. Unfortunately, this is not the case for the reception team, except for the reception team
Leader. We arrived early, knowing our rooms would not be ready. So, the plan was to drop out luggage and head to the museum opposite. This process was slick and was handled by the manager. Informing us when the rooms were available, our bags would be taken to the rooms, and a phone call would be made. A phone call said the rooms were ready as promised. As we were in the museum, we’d finish our time there and then head to our rooms as it had been a long day, and we required a laydown and a refresher. When we arrived at the hotel, the reception informed us that the rooms were not ready and we had to check; two of the three rooms were prepared, and one party had to return. We then went away to kill some time to allow the final room to be cleaned and ready for us. Success, we had a room to go to and went upstairs, looking forward to sitting down and relaxing before having a drink in the bar. Unfortunately, as promised, I had to head back to reception as our bags were not in the room. Bags were collected, and I asked to speak to the manager, which meant I waited for 20 minutes, and the manager didn't materialise. Instead, it was left to the reception team leader to hear my complaint. It was promised that it would be escalated and some reparation would be given. Nothing was delivered over a poor first experience at a gorgeous hotel.

The property was in a great location & the history of the hotel was amazing. We also liked the boat theme hallway & doors give it that little more to our experience of the titanic & the shipping industry.
The dinning part of our trip was a big let down! The food was delicious but the dining area could be doing with a good cleaning. Chairs were stained as so was the sofas! The staff not all of them were rather rude & made us feel like we were an inconvenience to them! They spent more time huddled around each other talking. Than paying attention to details. When we attended breakfast we were met with dirty plates that still had food residue still on them & the breakfast was swimming in fat. Not a nice experience at all & we chosen to actually go elsewhere for the remainder of our days at the hotel & that was a big disappointment. Also room service was appalling. Anything we requested was met with sorry ovens are off or we have no pizza base or can you wait till night shifts come in & then place an order?… & we waited from 9pm till 12pm to receive a sandwich.

Just one thing,we were next door to the lift and could hear it going up and down.

Beautifully restored building, packed full of memorabilia from its Harland and Wolff days. Very clean and comfortable. We joined a free tour of the building given by one of the staff which we would highly recommend. The location in the Titanic Quarter is an easy walking distance into the city centre and an interesting area in its own right.

The building is very nice, history to it and staff were very helpful. Food was also quite good
Room in my opinion was too expensive for what it is. When the hotel first opened it was resonable but it has now more than doubled in price. Drinks were extremely overpriced in my opinion. £7 for a pint and £12 for a cocktail is very hard to justify.
4.3
The heritage building is beautifully restored. It’s worth going to see.
The beds were way too soft, not up to the standard of a local hotel chain.
4.3
The history of the building is amazing, well preserved and presented. Rooms are large and really comfortable. Staff are friendly and professional.
Wish we could have stayed longer. We definitely will next time.
4.3
The hotel is stunning! Clever design ideas between old and new incorporating some very clever and quirky ideas. Loved it. It is (obviously) located in the harbour area which is a 25 min walk into the City Centre. The staff were helpful, friendly and of great asset to the Hotel.
Cleanliness. The room itself was very clean, however the air vents and the air condition/heating unit was filthy! Covered in black dust!
Breakfast was a disappointment. Maybe because we were spoilt by Titanic’s sister hotel in Lough Eske but it really did not meet expectations.
4.3
It was a great location. The history of the building was very interesting too. The staff was very helpful with suggesting places to eat and see during our short time in Belfast.
It was a bit of a walk from the parking garage to the hotel.

EVERYTHING.The building. the location. The staff. This was our second stay at the titanic hotel. Beautiful building that used to be the Harland and Wolff headquarters. If you love Titanic a visit here is essential. Steeped in history. You can go into Thomas Andrews office. Visit the radio room where they received the CQD message from titanic. The hotel itself is beautiful. The food is outstanding as is the service. Nothing is too much trouble and any help you need is given freely . The views from the windows couldn't be better. Our room had the harland and wolff cranes. Samson and goliath. The front of the building is directly opposite the Titanic museum with the slip ways to the right. Love Titanic then visit here. You will have a fantastic time.

I didn’t get to stay in the Titanic Hotel as the room I was due to stay in was Flooded
I didn’t get to stay there and I was not able to join in with the party I had arranged to meet up with

A very warm welcome and introduction to the City. Relaxing stay, with excellent facilities in beautiful surroundings. We loved the history and artefacts around the hotel.
Very grateful for how the Reception staff were so invested in making our departure as smooth as possible after having our flight cancelled by the airline.
Enjoyed our time in the drawing room restaurant and bar, but we thought maybe the service was a little relaxed at times.
Some of the restaurant staff could have been a little more attentive. This was just a small thing and didn’t spoil the over all experience.
