Agradable estancia en Mestre.

La atención del anfitrión es fantástica, siempre pendiente de nuestro viaje y nuestra llegada. Nos recibió personalmente en los apartamentos con mucha ayuda para ubicarnos y poder visitar Venecia Los apartamentos super cómodos, llenos de detalles que te invitan a regresar.

Perfect place to visit Venice away from crowd

The facilities were confortable, ideal for a large family like ours, host very helpful provided us with indications on how to get to Venice by public transportation so we left the car in the place. Despite being close to a transit street, the rooms are quite isolated so you get to rest without extra noises.

Nice and spacious apartment to explore Venice area by car

We visited by car and it was easy to locate the apartment just off a larger street and park in the enclosed courtyard, providing good base for exploring Venice and the area. The apartment itself was spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated, warm and cozy. Easy check-in/check-out, the hostess Isabella was very welcoming and provided a lot of practical information. A couple of nice restaurants within few minutes walk of the apartment. For the breakfast there are some snacks, bread and fresh eggs/juice/milk in the fridge, coffee/tea.

Nothing to complain about. Just a warning for those arriving by car that the turn into the courtyard is short, narrow and rather sudden off the busy street, so when arriving first time watch the navigation carefully and slow down a few meters before the destination to avoid slamming the breaks or missing the turn.

Comfortable apartment incl.free parking on the courtyard with a fence and automatic door. Near the streat but with a good soundproof. Very friendly staff. Nice Valentina welcomes you and provides all Info and immediate assistance 24/7. The owner of the property printed special leaflets about all public transport and all possible routs between Mestre and Venice, tickets offices and timetable. There is a lot of meal for your breakfast at the kitchen. Real interior and pictures are the same. The building is rather old, but spacious. All houseware and furniture are modern, neat and clean. Small supermarket, cafe and amazing bistrot are available within 150- 200 m. Bus stop - within 50 m. We are satisfied and grateful to the host.

Very good location, all possible problems quickly solved, free parking, food for breakfast, warm inside (in December), nice garden to use in summer

We spent two beautiful nights here, we're sorry we couldn't stay longer. It was quiet, we had everything we needed in the apartment, very clean, transport well connected with Venice and the host was extremely kind, she helped us when we had problems late at night:) Thank you and we hope we can come back for a longer holiday!

The personnel was really nice. The rooms are clean and really nice. We had breakfast and got all the utilities in the bathroom. The bed is spacious and we had a great time.

The only thing is the location, but because the public transport system is so well designed, we weren't having trouble going to Venice or Mestre.

Everything you need!

The apartment was incredible. It had all the facilities you could want whilst traveling. USB chargers, aircon, waterfall shower, mosquito plug and included breakfast and a very comfy bed!

Getting to Venice is easy, just a little long, other than that, it was beautiful with everything ☺️

The facility is in a safe and decent neighborhood. There is a green garden, a clean apartment, a friendly and polite host. We loved it, thank you Isabella ❤️

The kettle was broken, we couldn't drink coffee or tea. There were so many mosquitoes we couldn't sit in the garden😔

Lovely stay near Venice

I loved this stay. The host is verly friendly. Apartment was very lovely, bright, clean, big enough for two and even has an extra single bed. The host suprised me with breakfast.. you can choose between eggs, chroissants, chocolatte bars. I would love to come again.

Great day in Venice

The host was very helpful. She gave us very detailed information about how to get to Venice. We were there quite late on Sunday so she also told us that where we can park for free to get to the tram to Venice. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. There is everything you need in the room or kitchen, also wi-fi. There is private parking with enough space. The apartment is very clean. It is one of the best booking.com places that I've been to.

Awesome!

Spacious apartments, fully-equipped kitchen, we had coffee and moka. The breakfast is enough for two, we couldn’t eat everything. The bedroom is spacious with double bed and single bed. The wi-fi is great, there are TVs in the kitchen and in the bedroom and the one in the bedroom is smart TV, so you can watch your Netflix. You also have a washing machine and a dishwasher! There’s a private parking which is a big plus! In the bathroom you will find all amenities, including toothbrushes and toothpaste.

The only thing that I find not really a problem, is that the air-con is located in the corridor and you have to leave the bedroom door open in order to be able to use it.
