Good beach, gym, OK facilities in the camping overall. There is a Chinese team of 3 ladies giving good massage on the beach for 25 EUR per 30 minutes. (not belonging to the camping services, though) Even though we were not super satisfied with the camping overall, still, it is a good place to spend a lazy summer holiday (especially if combined with a visit to Venice) and we would go back again. We were lucky with the weather, it seems that a lot of the clouds and storms pass without affecting this coast and flow a little further north.
Kitchen equiped only with minimal/basic kitchenware and tools, beds were really uncomfortable, not enough legroom in the bed in the small room (bungallow EDEN). Shops and services closed during siesta. Extra price for the sunbeds and parasols. (15 EUR for 1 parasol and 2 sunbeds). Dancing activities for children twice per day on the beach with loud music and very amateur trainers were really annoying for adults (at least for us). Mosquito nets would be useful on the windows.

we liked the house. was spacious and good facilities. Also the location from the beach is brilliant. just few steps and you are on a beautiful beach- also did not know 2 sunbeds and an umbrella were included in the price of the house. there is loads of trees to keep you shadow. the shop they have is good and we did not find it too much more expensive than the supermarket. Kids were happy there, is a clean place and confortable beds- v good matresses.
I think the ladies at the reception used to work in a steal or meat factory and somebody forced them to move the job here and they hate it. This is the only explanation I have for thier attitude. No smile, a general feeling of working for money only and against their wish. They don't like people, they hate to see you coming to their desk. they will help you at their capability, but they can't smile and they are always tired of tourists. Maybe the chair has nails under their buts, I did not check. but I did not feel welcomed. like most of the people, I am a happy camper when I'm in holiday but they managed to cut that off in 5 minutes when I got to their desk. I read on previous reviews that reception is not pleasant and I can confirm is true. Plus I was in the area for the first time, I asked them twice before arriving how do we get from Venice to their location and nobody answered me. In purpose for sure. is probably a question outside their designated area. be aware they will charge you 11 euros for each towel you need and each bedsheet. We could live with this. but there is a complet rudeness on how they expect you to leave the house on the check out day. They will charge you 100 euros deposit to be returned on the day of departure after somebody checks if the house is clean. so I did clean the house, although the 20 years old broom was absolutely terrible, I cleraned all the dishes, the kitchen, the cooking machine, the bedrooms and bathrooms, as I did not trust them and I wanted my deposit back. And still the boy who came to check the house did not show any smile, but my husband had the last cup of coffee in his hands and although he 've seen the place spotless, he still highlighted to my husband to wash the cup before leaving. so this was absolutely disgrateful. I did not go in holiday to clean. I did not go to make dirt. these people have no idea what tourism means, they just want money. Overall good if they change the emplyees.

Close to a nice beach, for a small campsite the animation team was good. They were friendly and interactive.
The accommodation is dated, there was a horrible smell in the maxi caravan. Check in only opens at 5pm check out is 10am!! They would not hold our luggage for 2 hours when checked out and wanted 50€ to do so.

Nice camping in good location, bungalow was a little bit older and worn but ok. Well supplied minimarket in the camp, nice beach with beach bar. Easy and fast check in and check out.
A lot of mosquitos, no chance for any repellent to work. Impossible to sit outside in the camp. Apparently they were only present under the trees in camp area, no issue on the beach.

Mobill house is very small, old. Furniture old. . It is not for 5 persons like it was written.
wifi has to be paid extra, but even then it doesn't work. The pool is only open a few hours a day. Deckchairs also have to paid extra.
Not worth for that money

I so much loved the beach and the fact that our caravan was near the beach . we had all the kitchen equipments we needed the best being the espresso cooker it remains my best , I love the fact that it was near Venice which was the highlight of our journey. I can’t forget the friendly personal and the boys and girls who did animation for the kids and they were super friendly and full of respect. the supermarket inside the facility was more affordable than we thought and we regret carrying so many foodstuffs from Germany. I would come back next time
the swimming pool is a no go area and also very dangerous coz It’s deep with no chance for not good swimmers. there is the kids pool though and and a jacuzzi. I wish I could swim here but I couldn’t. the caravans are way too old for a luxury title .
the mosquito bites are so terrible my whole body is still itching me and swollen from mosquito bites . the late check in from 5 pm and checkout 9:30 am is unrealistic thought we had the opportunity to check in at 3pm coz our caravan was ready . I can’t write enough about the mosquitos am still frustrated from the bites

The camping grounds are well kept and the lovely large trees provide welcome shade. The little shop had sufficient supplies. The reserved spot and comfort beds at the beach were practical. Ferries to Venice are easily reached in 20min by car.
The matrasses of the single beds were of very poor quality. The airco gave but little refreshment and the kitchen vent didn't work properly. The water temperature of the shower was difficult to control. The luxury caravan we had seemed very old and in need of replacement. The music or animation at the swimming pool was very loud.

It was close to the beach. Also full with beautiful flowers.
All mattresses were uncomfortable .The sheets on the bed were dirty. There were many cobwebs inside.

Three of the the luxury caravans are wrongly oriented and the terrace is like in the garrage. We changed the accomodation to Evolution house and it was absolutelly perfect.

Location, proximity to the beach, wide beach, beautiful area
A small house, very crowded, the houses are located very close to each other, the pool is not open all day, water did not flow on the hill leading to the pool, poor animation.

bungalow was dirty from previous booking, hair everwhere, not ours!! kitchen appliances dirty not washed, few light switches not working, shower still had soap scum from previous user. also reception didnt advise upon arrival that the sunbeds on the beach were extra charge 13.80 euro a day for only 2, if your a family of more then you pay an extra 13.80. pretty steep for one day cost. restaurant on site for pizza is cheap but if you like an oil filled pizza with no taste for 5 euro go ahead, right next door to the camp is Marios pizza amazing and flavourfull for 7 euros. if you want to leave the camp between 11.30-1500 forget it they wont open the gate its “siesta time” poor service definately no where near 4 star all honestly 2 stars only because close beach acess

I really like all the extra things that were always going around and how it was its own little village and you didnt have to worry about anything not being available.
Multiple of the younger staff members were very rude. Although i will say The people you meet when checking in are very nice (especially the lady that speaks german) although the dj and other younger members working by the beach and pool were bringing foreigners to the local bars after work which they seemed to be really good friends with the staff at the bar and they tried to scam them with stuff like 8€ a beer and ordering for them without asking and making them pay for it. Along with the DJ would not leave alone a girl that kept telling him she had a boyfriend just being extremely rude, when she clearly wanted nothing. And trying to hold her making her very uncomfortable.

Lots to do, beach location is great, nice showers for beach, pool or whatever. Decent selection in store and pizzeria.
Careful on your selection of cabin. There are several DIFFERENT levels of cabins/caravan. We had Elite 2. Sounds great, but it was anything but great. Along main road, too small and so loud. Trash pickup on Sunday morning, really? There are some really nice cabins (mobile homes), some with a nice elevated front deck and shade area, some with jacuzzis out front that I bet are really comfortable.
Just don’t get fooled. We checked out early, still paid for 2nd night and stayed in Venice for EUR99 at Hotel Tres Archi Parked at Punte Sabbioni for EUR-5 for each day (24hrs) and took the boat to Lido SME and then the 5.1 to Tres Archi. Got off right in front of our hotel. Way better

Close to beach, kids liked also the swimming pool. Airco and refrigator where broken, solved by moving us to another caravan. Was good fro a couple of days, wouldn't be recommending it for more than a week.
Not very good in English, accomodation old and worn out. After moving to same camper on different place was slight better. Price vs place was not sufficient. Location was ok. Wifi is terrible, yo have to pay for it and still doesn't work. Be ware you get one account for one device. So expensive and not working very well.

Nice cabin, lovely place next to the beach for great price/value ration. Visiting at the end of the season meant no crowds, lot of space for kids to play.
I can't complaint to anything, we were probably among the last visitors this year and visiting at the end of the season has it's consequences with regards to service availability.
