Great location with lovely staff, for a reasonable price.

The staff was so friendly. When we left we felt like we should have hugged them goodbye. The location was amazing. It managed to be in a central part of the city where you could easily walk, while also being very quiet at night. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. They made good fresh and coffee to order.

Our only complaint was that when we went it was during a heat wave and our AC unit kept shutting off at 3 AM and also did not feel like it completely worked.

Very friendly and helpful staff and perfect for our needs

The breakfast was excellent and so were the staff that work there, location was great to see all the sites that in Rome, very close to the Vatican and Metro station and shuttle bus stop around the corner.

Amazing service! We would be back if visiting Rome for the stay

I wish to have croissants from local business that are famous in Italy. Why not nutella and pistachio spreads be offered? it would be prefect to spread one of them on the croissant with the cappucino for breakfast

Great hotel, great price, great location

Location, price, style, staff

Noisy (bar next door to room 2, rooms face onto reception area) Breakfast could have a little more variety each day (cooked was always egg, bacon and sausage. very nice but not the same everyday please) Some fittings needed a little repair (loose bathroom door handle, loose loo seat, loose shower head selector) double bed was only two singles with a double sheet. still 9/10 though!!

Nice staff, new facilities, and good location

The hotel seems recently refurbished, everything was new and clean. The staff were really nice, always smiling and willing to offer help, making us feel very comforable and relaxed.

We only stayed for a night but the staff, breakfast ladies and everyone was very helpful and were personable. It is in a safe and nice neighbourhood and we reached the airport in around 30mins.

Overall, our stay was very nice - though the bathroom is sooooo small.

The lady taking care of things each morning - breakfast and arranging our airport taxi - was most sincere, helpful, kind and overall a lovely person.

The windows need screens to keep out the mosquitoes. We could not enjoy any fresh air without attracting dozens of mosquitoes - window screens are a must! Please get new/better hair dryers - each time I tried to dry my hair, the hair dryer would quit within minutes and not restart for at least 10 minutes. Once it finally restarted, again it would quit within 3 or 4 minutes of use - very frustrating - not a nice way to start every day! Our travel companions, staying in a different room, had exactly the same complaints - too many mosquitos and lousy hair dryer!

Very good

I really liked the two women who were very friendly and proffesionals made us feel at home,especially during breakfast they both were very helpful.They really made our stay more enjoyable.

The room was small,not much light,and the extra blanket was not good cleaned.It was near the corridor and almost all the noises were heard.The hotel itself is a little far from the main attractions

An oasis in Rome with exceptional staff

The staff, especially the morning ladies, were absolutely 💯 the best part of the stay! Nothing was too much, requests were done with smiles, 100% accommodating. If I could rate them higher, I would. The morning staff makes this review outstanding 👏

Superb

The close proximity to Castel Sant'Angelo and to loads of restaurants. The staff was amazing especially the lady that was in charge of the breakfast. By the second day she knew our options on coffee and had them ready straight away. The garden was a plus. They've organized a taxi, really early in the morning, for us.

Great stay. Great Staff. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Great location, only a short walk from underground station and we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were so helpful and kind. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we got there but they took our bags and sat us out in the lovely terrace area with coffee and cakes (which were delicious)! The rooms were spotless and we were pleasantly surprised to get have had the maid in despite only staying there for just over 1.5 days. The breakfast had a good variety and was great. A bit of everything!

Our room was super comfortable. In the morning we had an amazing breakfast at the hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location was perfect, just over 10 minutes walking from the Vatican, and we would also walk to anywhere else in the city, passing through famous spots.

Fantastico

The staff literally took care of us they were so sweet. The breakfast was the best. it’s a few blocks from the Metro and a few blocks from the Vatican several restaurants right out your door.
