però ciò nonostante l'appartamento è spazioso ed è una vera chicchina

posizione ottima

Prima di tutto con 3 tv nell'appartamento in camera non siamo riusciti a vedere i canali normali, in bagno l'acqua della doccia veniva piano piano, e non c'era il tappo per chiudere se volevi fare la vasca, coperte troppo leggere per questo periodo dell'anno

Excellent with great facilities. Helpful staff.

The size and excellent location everything within walking distance. Loved all the mirrors in the property which was wonderful. Very light and airy with nice views. Air conditioning was suitable. Definitely would recommend it.

Needed more worktop space in the kitchen.

lovely, well located, apartment, just a shame we couldn’t sort out hot water to shower with, especially with a toddler.

Fantastic location, clean, spacious

No hot water from shower, staff arranged plumber for last day of our stay to sort out. Plumber claimed there was hot water. But we were unable to get any hot water to come out of the shower even after their visit. Rather than look into the matter further staff took plumbers word that there was hot water. This was unhelpful and would mean staff did not believe us. Why would make up having no hot water for shower for duration of stay?

comfortable apartment in great location

We a late checkin and everything they arranged worked really well. excellent location, spacious, comfortable beds, kitchen, washing machine and coffee machine available, original features maintained. Good access to public transport, 10 mins walk to Vatican, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. lots of restaurants nearby. Despite the negative comments below, we enjoyed our stay. With a bit of updating, this apartment would be 10/10.

bathroom needs total overhaul, water pressure was very low, too many mirrors in the apartment. Shower fluctuated from hot to cold, could be a problem for small children. not enough toiletries supplied, no English speaking channels available (bbc, cnn), not a smart tv. Wi-Fi was a bit patchy.

Great location, staff, and generous space in an older building.

Great location and very helpful and communicative staff (Sara). Comfortable beds/pillows. Practical kitchen. Would stay again.

Living room is functional but not particularly inviting or cozy. We found ourselves around the dining table more than gravitating to the sofa. Needs a conversation area to be useful, rather than just facing wall/tv.

We were very happy with our stay.

This was a very comfortable apartment. The location was amazing and the hosts were super responsive and available. Very close to everything, but the windows were very quiet so that the street wasn't too noisy. The apartment was clean and the host even had a cleaning service come by in the middle of our stay.

It is an old apartment, so if you're looking for something very up-to-date, this probably isn't it. The kitchen needed more supplies (dish towels) and the hot water boiler was deteriorating. And one of the outlets in the larger bedroom sparked when something was plugged in.

Very pleasant experience, staff is exceptional (Sara+Umar).

Spacy and cozy at the same time, with a charming historical flavor. Excellent location within a short walking distance to Piazza Navona, Castel Sant’Angelo, bus stops and taxi stations.

Don’t forget your slippers, as the floor covering is made of outdoor tiles.

great apartment!

the location of the apartment was great and views from the windows were lovely!! it was so central to everything with a bus stop right out the door! The kitchen facilities were great and very handy given we were staying a week. the apartment was clean and whilst the stove didn’t work on arrival, they arranged to have it fixed the very next day! the communication with the owner was great and they were so quick to reply to any queries! we were also given a late check out which we were very grateful for given a late flight!

didn’t like that we had to pay a late check in fee of 30€. we understand why, given that someone had to meet us as the property with a key, though surely another arrangement could be made with a lockbox if late check ins are an issue. considering we were staying 6 nights, would have been great for an allowance to be made due to longer stay.

Wonderful stay with kids in a safe, clean and comfortable apartment.

The staff were friendly, professional and easy to contact. we loved the location which was easy walking to most sites or transit. We had great sleeps in comfortable beds and air conditioned rooms.

The kitchen could have used more supplies as there were no bowls or wine glasses but we informed the staff and she insisted those would be added.

Amazing location for a family trip to Rome

The location was incredible. Across the road from the river and 3 min walk to Piazza Navona. Everything was very accessible from the apartment.

The apartment was comfortable but a bit tired. There was basic maintenance that should have been done (like having batteries in all of the air conditioning remotes, the fridge was broken and full of water and we had a family of birds in the kitchen air vent). These issues didn’t stop us from enjoying the apartment but they should be fixed.

very central location

We were able walk to all the major attractions in Rome which was great. Nice neighbourhood. They provided baby and baby chair for us. Very close to grocery. The house was very warm , clean and comfy. Thanks a lot!

The elevator was small but working in good condition.
