Beautiful apartment, very comfortable bed , close to most historical attractions , cafes and restaurants. Host was very nice and informative. I would definitely stay there again.
It was so close to everything.

The location was perfect if you are touring old Roma City which we were. We walked to several of our locations. Having a separate living room from bedroom was very nice. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine. Bed was comfortable, however a little short. Water for showers was a big plus, quick hot water and great pressure.
Only think I can think of is there is no view from windows.

Everything was good. The room was warm. Kitchen and other room was suitable and clear. We confirm all positive remarks of other visitors.
All negative remarks of other visitors were present too. But it was not principal for us.

The location was perfect, very close to the campo de fiori and walking distance to all of Rome’s wonderful sites. Our host Mauro greeted us on arrival, gave us all the information we needed about the apartment, showed us a map with all important sites circled. the apartment was beautifully decorated and a special touch, a bottle of wine and a fruit basket. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend to our friends.
there was nothing to not like.

the location was really good - we could walk around Rome and see the most important sights on foot, without taking public transportation. Short walk to the Pantheon, plaza Navona, 30min walk to the Vatican and the Colosseum. Lots of restaurants around and a supermarket around the corner. the host was nice and helpful and also gave us welcome goodies such as fruits, wine. there was a small coffee machine available. Air-conditioning was working well, so was the Wi-Fi. The size of the apartment was sufficient for 3 people.
It was difficult to use cooking facilities even to prepare simple dishes like pasta. The apartment was generally clean but certain parts would benefit from more attentive cleaning such as shower tiles, cupboards. the bed was good size but very soft. The apartment has only one small window (but it is well lighted anyway) - it’s due to the fact that it is located in the old city and an old, historic building.

The property was very safe and secure. Mauro was very thorough in explaining things and making us feel comfortable. The place was clean and had the necessary items for our stay.

Very friendly and helpful. We even got small welcome-presents upon the arrival in days before the new year celebration. Good heater (this is not that common but very recommended in Rome in Winter). Good location with everything needed just around the corner. In general the apartment was a nice place to stay.
Firstly, there was nothing we would describe as bad in this apartment, everything was very nice, but one important thing was different than expected. In the pictures shown here on booking.com the apartment is shown as two separate rooms with the bed in one and the sofa in the other room. However the wall and the door of the bedroom are removed now (see the picture I made), there is only a small, fold-out wooden grid you can totally see through separating this part from the living room leaving no privacy at all.
For us it was not a problem since finally only two people stayed there, but initially we planed a use for up to four. This would definitely be uncomfortable then.
To sum up, this apartment is only suitable for four persons if they are comfortable with sleeping all in more or less one room.
Another small issue, the apartment has no usable windows. There is one looking from what was the bedroom in a very very narrow space between the walls and another one from the living room to a slightly bigger space with a restaurant kitchen just beneath, means you smell everything as soon as you open it.
Still these are only small dents within a generally very nice experience.
