A quiet haven near the center of Amsterdam

A cozy apartment in a beautiful place: a quiet and friendly neighborhood, yet minutes walking from the bustling center of Amsterdam. It is beautifully furnished with a full kitchen and even books and social games! There is maximum privacy and a lovely private courtyard. The neighborhood itself, Jordaan, turned out to be among our favorites in Amsterdam with its array of restaurants, neighborhood pubs and canals.

The property was amazing! Very close to the center, clean, and spacious, the garden was great to hang out. We didn't miss a thing! And the host very nice and welcoming :)

Beautiful house w garden in top central location!

Loved everything about Bed of Roses. Location, location, location! With a garden, you have a whole house, super clean, air condition! Super lovely design/interior. Hosts are super helpful! We bought the most delicious organic produce at Noordermarket. There is also an Ekoplaza close by (local wholegoods). No Ubers on a Sunday, so the team 13/17 to the station was a 2min walk too. What a gem of a find! Thank you!

This property met all of our expectations, spacious, great location, convenient, safe neighborhood.

Bed of Roses is very central and an easy walk to the trams. The studio was very spacious and the facilities were great. this allowed us to do some self-catering, a great way to save money. TV was good with connection to Netflix.

This place is like a mature well aged vintage top brandy. Very well cared for facility well equipped. Hosts are super good in assisting with everything to make life enjoyable. Well equipped for long stayers.

excellent; the month went by too fast

Central, spacious, comfortable, clean and nice garden (wish we were here in summer as too cold late winter to enjoy properly), the hosts were friendly, helpful, and didn't bother us but were there whenever we needed them. lots of supermarkets, bakers, restaurants, cafes and bars nearby, lots of things to do and great for tram lines to all the key places. great wifi, private, quiet, very clean and comparably well priced for a short stay

nothing to dislike. if you are staying there for a few days, it is perfect. We stayed for a whole month so expensive for a longer stay like ours but compared to other places, it was still relatively good value. because we were there so long, we needed things you might not need or want, so if you are coming for a longer stay, liaise with hosts for what you might need;

Great location, clean and warm, friendly and helpful owner, but not a luxurious apartment.

Very good location in centre of Amsterdam. Apartment was very clean. Owner was friendly and helpful. Good shower, plenty of hot water. Apartment has good heating, it stayed warm even when temperature was below freezing outside.

Kitchen is not extensive: there is a microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with small ice box, hob with two rings, but no oven. Apartment appeared luxurious on website but is actually quite basic. Four poster bed upstairs looks impressive but has two single mattresses instead of a double mattress. This leads to a gap opening in the middle of the bed, which means it is actually quite uncomfortable for a couple.

Great location for visiting city with everything you need.

Trams just around the corner so great location for accessibility to city. Trams direct to Dam Square and Central Station. Heating was good and beds comfy. Everything was there that you needed for a break away. We felt very safe and secure. Host was informative, very helpful and quick to reply to any questions. Warie's Thai at the bottom of the street was great for a night in. We would definitely stay again.

we had a great stay in Amsterdam

quiet, comfortable, interesting neighborhood, close tram access, roomy

layout is not ideal. have to go up steep stairs to get to living room area, and down the stairs to access the bathroom from upstairs bed. Hot water went out one day but owner is responsive and fixed same day.

Our hosts were very helpful at check-in and with follow-up. When the refrigerator failed, they were quick with a temporary solution and a replacement.

Spacious and clean apartment. Washing machine with tablets. Coffee pods available. The location is ideal to visit Amsterdam on foot. Access to a nice private little garden

The duvet for the bed in the corridor was too warm. There is a large temperature difference between the ground floor and the mezzanine, which reduces a bit the comfort of the apartment.
