Great hotel with wonderful character. It’s not often that hotels with a more quirky personality live up to expectations but this one really is a great mixture of modern comfort and period charm at a reasonable price.

Okay,aber nächstes Mal vielleicht nicht die Wahl

Lage,Blick aus dem Fenster…

Schmutzig(unter einem Bett:benutzte Papirtücher und noch was von den vorigen Gästen😏),unnötige Sachen,die nicht funktioniert(Schallplattenrekoder);zu viel Geschirr;Schrank war schön,aber nicht funktionell(keine Regalen).Wir waren im Suite.In einem anderen Zimmer kein Schrank.Knarrende Tür!!😖Seif funktionierte nicht.

Een heerlijk verblijf!

Heerlijk en mooi hotel. De locatie was geweldig! Je zit middenin het centrum en veel dingen waren op loopafstand. Gamla Stan (het oude gedeelte) is in een rechte lijn aan te lopen. De metro zit ook om de hoek maar daar hebben we uiteindelijk weinig gebruik van gemaakt. De bedden lagen lekker, de badkamer was heerlijk schoon en de kamer was ruim. We kregen een keer een handdoek te weinig maar nadat we dit bij de receptie hadden aangegeven kwamen ze vrijwel meteen een nieuwe naar de kamer brengen. We hebben twee van de drie dagen ontbijt genomen. Er was veel keuze qua ontbijt en de koffie en sappen waren erg lekker! Ook zijn er genoeg eettentjes en bakkerijen in de buurt als je iets anders zoekt. Het personeel was vriendelijk en de barmannen van Americain waren top! Ze konden veel verschillende dingen maken en maken in een handomdraai iets speciaals. Verder was het erg leuk dat er iedere dag een markt voor de deur was, ze verkopen daar oa fruit en bloemen.

We kregen de temperatuur op de kamer niet helemaal naar ons zin. De ramen konden (waarschijnlijk voor de veiligheid) niet helemaal open. En als de ramen openstonden was er veel geluid van de weg maar dit hadden we al verwacht.

Bästa hotellet jag har hittills har besökt

Trevlig personal som var väldigt serviceinriktade, välstädat hotell och mysiga rum. Nära till tunnelbanan

För någon som inte kommer från en storstad behövs kanske bättre förklaring om hur man ska gå tillväga med parkeringen på hötorgsgarget som hotellet hade samarbete med😅 Även om bommen går upp på automatik SKA man trycka på knappen och invänta utfartsbiljetten innan man kör in och sedan vid ut heckningen ger man den biljetten åt hotellpersonalen 🫣 All heder till den serviceinriktade hotellpersonalen som löste saken på bästa vis och även till de förstående personalen på parkeringen som hjälpte mig.

Super Lage, schönes Hotel, tolles Frühstück

Lage war fantastisch! Wenn man vom Flughafen mit dem Arlanda Express kommt sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. (Nähe Hbf) Das Zimmer war schön und man konnte das Fenster ein wenig öffnen, jedoch war es etwas klein. Das Frühstück war sehr schön mit Blick auf den Hötorget mit täglichem (Blumen-)Markt. Das Hotel ist auf Nachhaltigkeit aus dh. man muss an der Rezeption Bescheid geben, wenn man die Zimmerreinigung möchte.

Man muss sich für jeden Tag beim Frühstück anmelden inkl. Uhrzeit. Es war immer genug Platz für die gewünschte Uhrzeit, aber es war ein wenig nervig und unspontan.

Great spot, definitely recommend.

Compact room but still felt luxurious. The decor in the rooms and public areas of the hotel are really lovely and it feels like a special place to be. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The location is ideal for exploring the city centre and felt very safe. Staff very helpful and attentive too.

The bar/restaurant was not open very late. No drawers in our room. Aircon was tricky to work out.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit super Lage. Schneller Check-In, reibungslose Abläufe. Das Klientel vor Ort war sehr anständig. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unsere Anliegen wurden schnell und professionell geklärt.

Good location, close to everything!

I paid extra for a room with window, but the "window" was facing an indoor area. There was no fresh air to get or any sky to see. In addition, I forgot my son' teddy bear in the room and they just threw it away. Even though I called the same day to ask them to send it to me. I was going to pay for it, but they didn't care .

Alltid lika trevligt att bo på Haymarket. Perfekt läge, fina och välstädade rum. En mycket bra frukostbuffé med allt man kan önska sig. Inte sista gången vi bor här.

Top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal.

Einige Zimmer sind sehr laut gelegen, andere sehr ruhig. Hier sollte von Anfang an auf Gästewünsche eingegangen werden, denn Zimmerwechsel sind für alle Beteiligten unerfreulich.

Hotel in a great location

Location is central, close to everything, dining and shopping. Breakfast is good.

Lovely spot and improvements required to management and staff

Great location, good breakfast , uneven staff service and knowledge. Uncomfortable temperatures in lifts and hallways - no aircon being there send . The issues are in recovering from Covid related problems-main restaurant not open during our stay, staff engagement, training , attitude to client service and management -
