Excellent place to stay

The property is conveniently located close to the subway. It has an easy access to Beijing Capital Airport too. I travelled to China for the first time and I was very skeptical about the food options since we are vegetarians. This is the reason I booked the apartment so I could cook for my family. But the apartment exceeded my expectations when it came to amenities. Impeccably clean and an amazing bath tub to soak ourselves in after a strenuous day out sightseeing. I just can't thank Angela enough. She's the most generous and the most accommodating host I've ever seen. Not only was she prompt in responding, but also went above and beyond to make our life easy throughout our stay in China. My room also had amazing views of the park. I would highly recommend a stay in this place. If ever I go to Beijing again, I will definitely pick this place!

I would love to stay here again but maybe with a different shower

The hosts and security guards of the building were really nice and helpful. The view on the 26th floor was amazing. 🤩 I found the bed very comfortable and the apartment had everything I needed. The washing machine was so convenient and the apartment had a proper big mirror. 👍🏼👍🏼

I’m sorry but I did not like the shower. ☹️ The water pressure was very poor.

Sehr schönes Apartment in guter Lage

Gute Lage (10‘ zur Dongzhimen U-Bahn: Linie2 & AirPort Express), Sanlitun 20‘ zu Fuß, kleine Pizzeria und ein europäischer Supermarkt vor der Tür). Großes und sehr schönes Apartment, freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzerin.

Das Drehkreuz an der Sicherheitskontrolle, die Ausstattung an Küchenutensilien, Gläsern und Geschirr ist sehr überschaubar.

Amazing room to travel and work

Amazing clean apartment. Drinking water was provided and refilled on request. Very comfortable to stay and work. Great internet connection. Supermarket nearby. Metro station not too far away. Host has contacts of group tour to the Great Wall for reasonable price. Cheap places to eat nearby, but coffee shops are way too expensive, go Chinese cuisine.

A little to hard to find. Ridiculously complicated door code lock. Very small fridge.

Excellent location: have easy access to subway, markets, mall, restaurants, bike rentals, bank, etc. But for my first time in China, it was the people that impressed me the most. Staff were so helpful, especially Angela who help organized my stay.

Amazing place!

The host was super nice. She went our of her way to assist us, even as far as calling the taxi driver in Chinese to make sure he is heading to the right place. The apartment was amazing, squicky clean, spacious and cozy.

The only downside is the location, a bit far from the city but nothing too bad.

Not a good value for what you pay!

The host Angela was very friendly and helpful.

The advertisement on booking.com is false! This property does not provide you with swimming pool or fitness centre! Its only a room that you get! you can pay to use a swimming pool which is far away from the room and guest should pass through many car parks to reach there!

A great place to stay in a perfect location

Location: Great location, close to shops, restaurants, bars and a subway station. Also, central to many of Beijing’s attractions. Comfort/convenience: A studio apartment, so much larger than a normal hotel room, with a kitchen and washing machine. The space was clean, very quiet and comfortable. Ideal for a work trip as there’s a large workspace. It was also very bright, with a huge window and a great view. Host: Angela, who manages the studio apartments, was great. Always very helpful. Overall, a great place to stay, clean, quiet and comfortable, with an excellent manager in charge of things. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Beijing.

I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Angela, my host, was spectacular. Not only was she polite, prompt, and responsive...she bent over backward to help me. This included popping me on the back of her scooter to take me to dinner...then later up to the river where I could have my daily walk. At the end, she got me loaded into the taxi (handling the financial details) and waved me off to the airport. The apartment is good too!!

Exceptional

The apartment is very well located in Beijing, close to the metro and a cycling distance to the hypercenter. The weekly cleaning service is also a big plus, as well as the equipped kitchen, in case you prefer to cook at home. Angela is also a great host, very welcoming and helpful, especially when new to China and Beijing.

No particular complaints, very happy with the stay.

Spatious clean appartement with separate bedroom

Host lady is very friendly and helpful in perfect English. She helped me immediatly to solve a big money issue in relation to other landlord. And she was always available when needed. Appartement has separate sleepingroom and is spatious, clean, comfortable and very well located in neighborhood of Sanlitun. Will stay here again in my next stay in Beijing. Thank you.

Feel like home in a very well connected apartment in Beijing

The apartment is located really close to main sights and also to the metro station which is really easy to use and takes you anywhere you want to go. Plus, near the apartment you have a lots of places to buy groceries, get a coffee or get lunch/dinner. You have all the amenities you would need in an apartment, is ideal if you are travelling for long periods (which was my case). You have a fully equipped kitchen, tv, laundry machine. The host is very kind and she did a great effort making sure I was ok.

It's just a nitpick, but it is worth mentioning. It's helpful for visitors to have basic consumption stuff. In this case there was shampoo and soap in the bathroom, but for the kitchen for instance, you didn't have salt or sugar or those small things; or for laundry, I had to got my own soap. The thing about those products is that you cannot buy small pieces. I got some I just left them in the room. But again, that would be going the extra mile. Also, small but worth mentioning, to enter the building you need a contact card. Coordinate with the host in advance. In my case I didn't, and when I arrived the building it was a bit confusing.
