A Cute House With A Shady Garden

The owners of this little house were delightful, very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay. The house was ultra clean and had everythig we needed. The garden was a shady retreat to enjoy gelato and granita from Diego that was nearby. The house is large enough for two but would be a bit tight with 3 people. Taormina was wonderful in February and we would love to return. Thank you for a great stay.

We would definitely come back here one day it was very good

We had a lovely stay. Very close to main shops, Piazza, restaurants, Public transport stop, Chair lift for beach. We had a kitchen which was fantastic aswe could cook if we wanted to. Both Supermarkets were close. Owners were lovely and very hospitable.

Lovely little cottage in a quiet street, but very close to everything.

Cosy room - classic styling - fantastic location. Quiet at night as down a back street. Great outside garden area to relax in.

Clean, cozy, comfortable

The property is conveniently located near all the popular tourist attractions in Taormina, making it easy for guests to take a quick break from walking and relax either inside or in the shaded garden. The small house is clean and cozy, and the host was welcoming and helpful. It comfortably accommodates three people and is well-equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend it.

Hermosa casa en plena ciudad de Taormina

Todo. La ubicación, lo hermosa que es la casita, que incluye un jardín que dan ganas de quedarse a vivir. La amabilidad de la anfitriona y lo equipado que está el departamento.

No tiene wifi pero sin embargo la anfitriona te brinda una red que desde el jardín o cerca de la ventana podes conectarte sin inconvenientes.

Quiet self contained apartment.

Kitchen facilities, hot shower, quiet location.

Bed and pillows were not very comfortable. Their WiFi was non-existent in the bedroom.

Una Bomboniera

Centrale, una piccola bomboniera nella tranquillità, nonostante al centro di Taormina, dove si rischia il caos dei Turisti. La proprietaria ci ha accolto con gentilezza, dandoci qualsiasi informazione sulla città. La Casetta ha un giardino davvero spettacolare, dove c'è di tutto per rilassarsi dopo le camminate a Taormina. Siamo stati bene, e la cucina c'era l'essenziale per un soggiorno vacanza.

C'erano dei lavori in corso nella palazzina difronte, ma nulla a che vedere con la proprietà, quella è la sfortuna che nessuno può calcolare.

Bonita y equipada casa con jardín en el centro de Taormina

Está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de monumentos, restaurantes... Tiene jardín con sombra, con mesa para comer y balancín, así que puedes estar al aire libre dentro de la propiedad. Muy bien equipada con electrodomésticos y utensilios. La propietaria nos ayudó siempre que lo necesitamos. Muy limpio.

Cute, small flat with terrasse/garden Taormina

Location Perfect location to visit Taormina. Warning: you will not be able to enter the city center with a rental car so you might want to consider which is your best parking option. We were there for one night and parked on the opposite side so we had to walk with the luggage but their may be a closer parking. Place The apartment is located in a sort of little backyard behind the main street. There is a very nice little garden/terrasse which is very well maintained and has lots of chairs + table. The little inconvenient is that it is in the middle of a little court so you have less intimacy but there is a big three which partially helps with that. I made a mistake while booking (my bad) and did not see there was only one room with the double bed and a bed in the living room. However looking back at the pictures I find very hard to understand the arrangement of the rooms without having actually seen it and honestly if I did understand beforehand I would have booked another place because the room with double bed and the extra bed of the living room are actually right next to each other and separated only by a sliding door, so there is absolutely no intimacy. On the other side it is stated clearly in the booking that it is one room and a sofa bed so it is debatable but I looked mostly at the pictures. It also is much smaller than what it seems when looking at the pictures. Amenities Everything you would expect is provided. A little issue I had is with the sheets : the covers had no cover blanked. However that was often the case in Italy, so I think it is acceptable. Besides that everything was clean and tidy. They had though of an extra plaid for us (we visited in December), very much appreciated. There was also a hair dryer. The heating worked perfectly. Service & communication Communication was smooth and easy, the owner is reliable (especially since we communicated very late on arrival time). We could pay at the end of the stay.

Lovely garden and house in the centre of Taormina

Fantastic small house with garden in centre of Taormina! To have breakfast and dinner under orange tree was a fairy tale 😊 !! Hospitable hosts were very kind and helpful. The location was brilliant.

Wspaniałe miejsce

Wspaniały obiekt w samym centrum Taorminy. Bardzo klimatyczne mieszkanie z własnym patio (a wręcz ogrodem) w którym stoi huśtawka i sporych rozmiarów stół, przy którym można zjeść posiłki. Mieszkanie mimo niewielkich rozmiarów jest w pełni wyposażone. Ma dosłownie wszystko czego potrzeba od w pełni wyposażonej kuchni, po deskę do prasowania, żelazko, suszarkę etc. Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce. Mimo położenia w bezpośrednim centrum zarówno w domku jak i w ogrodzie jest bardzo cicho i przyjemnie. Właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna, mogliśmy przetrzymać u niej bagaże po wymeldowaniu co umożliwiło nam dalsze zwiedzanie miasta.

Strongly recommend, great place!

One of the greatest places to stay I have ever had! Very nice host, she was always ready to help. Ideal location, clean, cozy! Felt like in a fairytale :) And the terrace is simply incredible. Strongly recommend Giardino Del Sole and Taormina in general for everyone. Grazie!

Lovely place to stay.

The location is very good. In the middle of the city, there is a small garden that is quiet and beautiful. It feels like home. When you are tired from walking around the city, you can come back here to rest. Although the wi-fi is a bit weak, it is still a great accommodation experience.

Overall a good option in a great location- recommended

Fantastic location right in the heart of Taormina. Good facilities. Beautiful garden area. Friendly and accommodating owners.

Internet wasn’t functioning for most of the stay and when fixed the signal was so weak that it couldn’t be used. The bed is a bit saggy and shower temperature fluctuates.

The location was very convenient and nice, the area around our apartment was quiet but also very lively some meters away and on the inside, everything was very nice, clean, carefully designed and decorated. The little garden of the apartment was quite cute, too!

Just the bed was a sofa-bed, so the mattress and its feeling weren’t very comfortable, but other than that everything was great.
