The breakfast was ok. We bought dinner there several times too, and it was good. The staff was helpful.
Some things needed to be fixed. It could use some renovation.

Breakfast wasn't as expected, standard has gone down since we were last there
Place needs to be refurbished especially bathroom. The bedroom was OK. Didn't like the fact that we were sick and struggled to get any assistance.
The hotel wasn't the one we saw on line that was booked.

Breakfast was good -fruit then eggs, bread plus juice and tea/ coffee with milk - served quickly.
Warm welcome and a short walk to places to eat. Quiet at night so slept well (mainly). Lovely hot shower.
TV an wif-fi not working when arrived but staff worked quickly to get both fixed.
Air-con positioned by the one bed so that got a bit cold whereas the other one got a bit hot - but not a major problem as one put on the duvet and the other threw it off!! Bathroom door didn't fasten properly but again no problem with good friends.

Smiles & friendly staff. Good & convinient location.
Poor maintenance of the room, including dump walls. Poor breakfast. Overall not value for money.

The staff were really polite and helpful throughout my stay
The rooms were very spacious with big beds for taller people
The bathroom was huge and had clean running water
The location is near good facilities like ATMs next door and right next to the road so it is easy to get Uber
There was a lot of standing water near the restaurant and in certain sections of the building
Wifi was on and off at times although when on it was relatively fast
The rooms are a bit dated so updates to modernize them would go a long way
Breakfast felt rationed I would prefer a more buffet-style breakfast

Good price per day
Room is wide and clean.
Good breakfast
Late checkout possibility
Hotel is located the main road.
Free visit to a sandy beach with your room number every day.
· The electricity supply is extremely unreliable as it frequently cuts off for more than 2 hours every day, even during the night, which has resulted in some of my electronic devices getting damaged due to power surges.
To take a shower for example The water in the bathroom has a foul odor and tastes salty, which is unusual compared to the rest of Dar Es Salaam city.

Upon arrival was greeted like royalty.. Room has super A/C, beds so comfortable, room was clean and as a bonus got more than one towel.
Manager super helpful and always around.
Excellent value for money.
Bathrooms need renovation which I have been told is imminent.. think this is the only downside at the moment

The personnel were Well excellent. The location on Bagamoyo right on the main route to the city centre.
The AC was noisy. Unfortunately we had to bear with it all night because it was a typical Dar Es Salaam night. Super warm

good location, excellent staff especially the lady in restaurant (she was multitasking or worked overtime) and so friendly, Manager was caring, excellent Reception.
It took over 3 hours to get our Room cleaned☹️, outdated and rusty Heater, Television was not working, The cleaning Staff was disappointing.. too slow and without excuses.
Breakfast was not satisfying, just few food varieties and the same all days.
There were eight Pillows on the Bed😂🙈

The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. They gave us a room while waiting for ours to be ready.
They also called the bus company to book us a trip (to Arusha) and found a taxi early in the morning (5am).
The room was fine and huge, beds were big and very comfortable, and there was also a sofa.
It was far from the city Center, city is bigger than expected! but it seems there are several city centres.
The room was located next to the shared external bathroom so it was noisy. Wardrobes are old and kind of broken and bathroom pipe was leaking so it flooded.
2.0 / 10.0
Nothing special, they didn't ask us what we wanted, just brought us a plate of food to eat.
The bathroom smelled old and disgusting worst than the bedroom. The room had not been aired for years.
