Buen hotel pero pagas por todo

El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado, con la playa al lado y toda la zona de ocio. La piscina estaba genial y el hotel era precioso

Te cobran por todo. Cogimos habitación con desayuno y cobraban por las hamacas de piscina, por las toallas o 3€ por una botella de agua que cuesta 75centimos en el supermercado

Traumhaft schöne Hotelanlage für einen grandiosen Aufenthalt

Wunderschöne Anlage die nicht fehl am Platz wirkt. Sehr sauber! (Die Angestellten haben täglich das ganze Hotel geputzt, sogar Lampen von innen ausgewischt, Türen abgewischt etc.) Die Suiten sind traumhaft gelegen, Blick auf Strand & Meer & echt sehr groß. Infinity Pool , toller Strandbereich, gratis Liegen & Sonnenschirme. Sehr gutes Frühstück, tolle Restaurants

Leute die nicht zum Hotel gehören, haben in der Anlage, im Pool & auf den Strandliegen gechillt. Sollte besser überprüft werden.

Perfekt beliggenhet, mangler litt på fasiliteter, service og vennlighet.

Stedet ligger perfekt til. Midt i sentrum og på stranden. Utmerket. Rommene var greie og sengene gode. Det var gode stoler på balkongen. Maten var utmerket og beliggenheten til restauranten er nydelig, ut i sjøen.

Det var ingen steder å oppholde seg etter middag, feks. Det manglet et loungeområde, en bar. Det var en liten sittegruppe, med en sofa og to stoler, men det var innerst i restauranten, og den oppdaget vi ikke før dagen før vi skulle dra, og personalet virker litt mot omliggende. Det var også litt ensomt og det var et par sittegrupper midt på gangstien mellom restauranten og en del av hotellet, men det var ingen servering der. Det var også merkelig plasserte sittegrupper utenfor noen rom i første etasje. Baren ved bassenger stengte kl 19, så der var det ikke mulig å sitte. Man måtte ut av hotellet for en drink, feks. Vi fikk rom bak, mot en støyende gate, uten sol noensinne. Det kunne virke som at vi som ikke kom med charter ble dyttet i bakgatene. Men vi hadde en stor takterasse rett utenfor døren, med havutsikt og sol hele dagen, men der var det helt øde. Der ville det vært perfekt med noen sittegrupper for oss som frøs i kald vind i bakgaten. Her kunne man feks ha sitter og sett solnedgangen og nytt en stille kveld. Det var også veldig irriterende når solplassen ved bassenget var okkupert av en dame som drev med yoga frem til kvart over ni på morgenen, 4 dager i uka, og at området ble stengt to dager pga privat arrangement én kveld. Dessuten burde hotellets gjester slippe å betale ekstra for hotellets solsenger. Det er et velrennomerte hotell, men vi følte det mangler noe over alt. Litt på service, litt på vennlighet, litt på fasiliteter. Men når det er sagt, så drar vi gjerne tilbake til hotellet, men aller mest pga beliggenheten.

Gostei da localização e rigorosamente mais nada.

Serviço de recepção inexistente, sem qualquer vocação para solucionar o que quer que seja. Os funcionários aparentam estar a fazer um esforço a trabalhar e a desorganização é quase total. Feita reserva pelo foi confirmado um quarto com vista para o jardim: pois vista tem mas é para uma das ruas mais movimentada de Santa Maria. Jardim só o vejo se andar 200 metros. Do quarto vejo uma rua em obras e nada mais.

Die Lage ist schön, sonst leider nichts

Die Anlage liegt direkt am Strand und das Stadtzentrum mit vielen Restaurants ist in wenigen Schritten erreichbar

Das Hotel ist SEHR in die Jahre gekommen! Es ist sehr laut und es wird absolut kein Wert auf die Zufriedenheit des Gastes gelegt. Ö Hatte man Fragen oder Bitten an das Personal, wurde man nur mit Achselzucken und der von oben herab abwimmelt... z.B.: als unser Zimmer einmal "vergessen" wurde zu reinigen, haben wir nur die Aussage bekommen : vielleicht hatte das Zimmermädchen keine Zeit oder hat etwas nicht verstanden! - Das Essen und die Getränke an der Poolbar musste man selbst abholen, diese wurden nicht an die Liegen (ca 10mt entfernt) gebracht - Man wurde von den Angestellen des Hotels, auserhalb der Anlage regelrecht verfolgt und bedrängt Ihnen Dinge abzukaufen. - Die Tür zum Zimmer sowie die Balkontür hatten offene Spalten und abstehende Bretter, also keine Privatsphäre, verletzungsgefahr und es konnte jedliches Getier herein. - Das Bett hat ganz schlimm gequitscht - bei der kleinsten Bewegung war man hellwach - denn es gab nur 2 Einzelbetten die zusammengeschoben wurden! - Das Badezimmer hatte schon bessere Zeiten - ein Deckenstrahler hing aus der Decke, die Handtuchhalter und das Wachbecken waren sehr wackelig an die Wand gemacht und wenn man die Klospühlung betätigte ist das Wasser über die Finger gelaufen. - Am Hauptpool gab es ganze 12 Liegestühle und 2 Sonnenschirme - Es gibt auch einen Infinitypool mit Pooldeck - dort waren nochmal ein paar Liegen (ohne Schirm) - für die man aber zusätzlich bezahlen musste. Dasselbe auch noch mal am Strand - mit Bezahlung! - Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht! - ich habe noch nie so einen schrecklichen Kaffee getrunken. - Die Strandtücher durften während des Aufenhaltes nur 2x gewechselt werden - und waren dann nicht mal sauber - Aber das ekligste ist dass, die Grünfläche mit (vermutlich) Abwasser gewässert wird - und dazu noch auf die Balkone und alle Dinge darauf gespritzt hat! - Das stank so extrem!

Poderia ser melhor se...

Cama de rede, vista da varanda, bom restaurante sobre o oceano, piscina de água salgada a temperatura agradável, funcionários simpáticos, hotel de charme, não exageradamente grande, limpo, bem situado no centro. Música linda : jazz, bossa nova ou mornas ao jantar.

Não havia uma garrafa de água de boas vindas (cobram a do mini bar). Tivemos de pagar as espreguiçadeiras da piscina de um dia para o outro sem ter sido avisados (ridículo para os hóspedes do hotel). Fizeram-nos pagar 30 euros o táxi de vinda do aeroporto, o que é o dobro dos preços normais ! A rececionista esqueceu-se de chamar o táxi no dia da partida, como tinha sido pedido, e tivemos que esperar até nos aperceber que não chegaria; fomos com outro que nos cobrou 20 e não 30 euros ! As massagens são muito mais caras do que nos outros salões. Não há sumos de fruta naturais ao pequeno almoço e sempre as mesmas opções. Se não tiver orçamento para os quartos com vista sobre o oceano pode ser barulhento porque dará para a rua. Aumentaram de 550 a 800 escudos o preço do cocktail de um dia para o outro... Tentei fazer uma reclamação sobre tudo isto mas disseram que não havia nenhum responsável no momento. Enviei mensagens mas ninguém me respondeu.

Its location is great, right of the beach. Our room was a bit more hidden, but still quiet, even though it was next to the street.

It was great.

The breakfast was very nice and the location of the hotel is good. The staff especially Thomas were exceptionally friendly and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to any of my friends. By the way, the hotel room rate was pocket friendly.

Nice hotel

Even though we were not able to get the room we had initially booked, the receptionist the next day was more service-minded and helped us with our late check-out request. The hotel itself is nothing short of beautiful, the rooms are very nice and sufficiently spacious with a private terrace where you can hang a hammock, the bathroom is great. Interesting music themed.

Not having the room we had booked, ended up with individual beds for my husband and me (not our preference).

I’ve enjoyed it so much that I am planning to go back still this year! it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach

it’s a very special place with great gardens and sea view from almost all the angels. the staff was amazing! always polite and helpful the food at the breakfast or at diner was delicious!

Wonderful hotel in great location

Loved this hotel. Great room. We enjoyed the restaurant. The fresh fish was great. Lovely pool in the sea. Spent a good week here. Right by the town so close to all the bars and restaurants in Santa Maria.

You had to pay for the loungers.

infinity pool, location , nice plants, friendly cats and responsive staff good room size, hammock on terrace a nice touch

deckchairs , tables and seating were put too close to each other as not enough space in public areas for the many guests. breakfast was a bit loveless and often cold by time it got to table wristbands to identify entitlement for breakfast

a very pretty hotel and probably the best in Santa Maria. Very comfortable with good food. Lovely infinity pool.

all hotel sunbeds should be free. Guests should not be allowed to reserve the few free sunbeds with towels first thing in the morning. Most unfair!
