Leuk kleinschalig hotel aan de rand van Santa Maria.

Leuk kleinschalig hotel aan de rand van Santa Maria. Alles op loopafstand, strand en centrum. Kamers mooi en comfortabel. Eten is goed, voldoende keuze. Restaurant mag in de avond wel iets gezelliger/sfeervoller nu meer een kantine. Personeel was niet altijd vriendelijk in het restaurant. Goededag of heeft het gesmaakt is een kleine moeite. Prijs kwaliteit verder dus ok. Wil je niet in de massa zitten dan is dit een goed alternatief.

Séjour agréable à Santa Maria

Chambre spacieuse et agréable, personnel aimable et à l’écoute, de bon conseil pour les activités. La plage privée à 500m avec un espace agréable pour se poser. Le petit déjeuner varié et sympathique.

The hotel is decent and very close to the beach , restaurants and banks. I would stay there again for less room rates.

The reception and breakfast staff were really nice and helpful. Most of them spoke English

The bathroom had mold in it and the whole shower system was loose. Liquid soap in the bathroom was empty on arrival and was never refilled. White towels were clean, but with visible stains. They don’t have an iron board.I expected more from a 4 star hotel.

La zona de tumbonas en la playa, que comparte con el hotel Halos

El aire acondicionado no funciona , el ventilador del baño mete un sonido infernal, el agua caliente es de bombo y da escasamente para dos que se duche rápido

Solo trip to Cape verde

Very friendly staff, removed my check out time to make up for missed airport transfer, nice, clean, contemporary room, cleaned every day, great water pressure and hot showers and great location which was local to all my needs.

No kettle in the room, my airport transfer forgot to pick me up from the airport so I had to arrange last minute transport, not mucb breakfast choice the same thing every day, basic gym and very weak aircon.

The lady at the front desk was friendly

The wifi in the room wasn’t working so I had to work from the dining area but the staff working there was very loud, at one point getting into a loud argument when they knew I was right nearby trying to work. Really unprofessional. Then the ceiling lights didn’t work in the room, but they did fix that quickly. Finally there was no power outlet near the desk in the room. Whoever designed the hotel made a big gaffe there. However they did provide me with an extension cord. The breakfast was sub-par. Overall not a positive experience

convenient short stay

The staff is really nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel is located within walking distance of the city centre and beach.there are better located hotels in town but thats also why this hotel is cheaper than the rest.

Very, very new and clean

The hotel is very modern and new and crisply clean. Their beds need special praise – this was the most comfortable sleep during my stay in Cape Verde. Breakfast was also fine. They also have a quite nice restaurant which is very convenient if you arrive to Santa Maria late and have no wish to going for dinner any further. Service at the restaurant and the reception was very friendly and helpful.

I would have evaluated the property the highest points if it was not for a moment of fright when I received a notice that there are some problems with their payment systems and that their customers and their bank cards might be open to the hackers.
