Adequate, nice neighbour (Matt)

Location good, despite the hill but that's Hobart!

No instructions anywhere relating to how to use anything... including the washing machine (which bangs around horrendously when spinning). No suggestions re: restaurants, supermarket, buses etc. Also, I asked for an extra bed, there was a sofa bed that we couldn't work out and also a single bed thing in the bedroom that was not made up for us. We had to search around for sheets etc. Apartment could have been cleaner.

lovely unit, nice and quiet location. house was presentable. bed was super comfortable.

cosy atmosphere

no T towels. or extra towels. washing machine was very loud and on the spins sounded like it was going to explode.went to laundry matt instead.

Pet friendly, good space for dog. Was clean.

Due to lack of power point's, several cords were plugged into power boards and concealed in cupboards, felt unsafe.

Poor

No city views from the property as described. Washing machine door missing so unable to use. Dead flys and used hair clips in bathroom. Can’t sit on the toilet without hitting the bath. Furniture items broken. External lighting didn’t work and very dangerous. Half the lights inside did not work either. Unfortunately not what we expected. Although we were offered a refund for one night and the staff were helpful. Would not stay there again or recommend.

A very cosy, secure and private apartment just minutes walk away from Central Hobart. Very good facilities and amenities too.

Very good

It was very clean and a cosy place to stay. We appreciated the welcome pack that was left as we arrived fairly late

The property was well appointed but needed a couple of small sharp knives for chopping and more tea towels, and some more local information (nearest shop, restaurants,recycling etc)

Quaint and Comfy

I didn't see any staff but had no need too. Very comfortable bed and so quiet, no traffic noise at all. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine.

I can't think of anything at all.

Cosy apartment, close to city centre, restaurants and shops

We were able to drop off our bags before check-in time, which was a great help. The apartment has character which we liked. A starter pack was available, coffee machine to make nice coffees. Apartment is situated more backwards from the road.

If the washing machine had a door, we could of used it. The tap in the vanity in the bathroom you have to open up more than needed, as otherwise the water won’t reach the sink. You can hear the people that use the apartment above you and walking the stairs.

Think twice

The sound proofing is terrible. You can hear every footstep in the floor above. And every word from TVs in the other rooms. We had a terrible night's sleep. The shower was a bit dodgy, the washing machine was missing a door and the oven tray did not fit the oven.

Great spot but could use a good clean

Great location, close to town. Has everything you need to self cater.

The washing machine was broken and the host did not respond to enquiries. The bathroom was not particularly clean and there was no bath mat or foot towel. heating in the bedroom was broken

Great location but one too many stains

Convenient location. Easy check in. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge, tea and coffee facilities.

Cleanliness was questionable. Stains on the bedsheet and quilt cover. Bath tub not well cleaned. Bath towels were aged and had stains on them. House was poorly ventilated and unable to open any of the windows. No air-conditioning and no fans provided. Bed uncomfortable, sunken on the left.

Good

Being able to have our cat with us! Bedroom was very nice. Place had all the amenities we needed.

Two open fireplaces that hadn't been blocked off. Not just a worry with our cat but also letting in lots of cold air. Sofa.bed isn't a comfortable seat but.would benefit from a big soft bolster for the back.

Enjoyed Hobart It is not for elderly people we are in our 70s and found getting up the steps hard . It would be okay for younger people. It was much smaller the kitchen and sitting area was very small. Bedroom and bed were great. But we needed ground floor level.

Disappointing

Roomy apartment, helpful cleaner.

Poor communication with owner: no phone number actively connected when we needed to resolve an issue on arrival. Washing machine broken, when we had specified on booking that we would require use. Kitchen equipment: some broken, cupboards very untidy. No basic condiments supplied, only tea and coffee.

The location was great. Spacious bedroom and the washer/dryer

The messy yard. There were toys and rubbish scattered around the backyard. The barbecue area was unable to be used. Not dog friendly. There were cooked bones in the side garden which was dangerous. Some cutlery was dirty and there was no detergent for the dishwasher

Pleasant Hobart stay.

Central and with free parking. If walking it is up a very steep hill. So we soon found a good bus service. Helpful and pleasant manager. Checkout was 12 noon which was helpful.
